The room was cosy and clean. It had everything you need. The location was great. Near the central station and old city, so everything is in a walking distance. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the host let us store the baggage in the room until it was ready and we were able to check-in earlier.
Could be better: The only downside was wi-fi was not working.

Could be better: Disappointed that no luggage storage facilities where offered on departure cause they said they had no space. Hadn't we found an alternative solution this would have been a major issue.

The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the major attractions. The employees were incredibly welcoming and always eager to assist with any needs.

Everything was clean. The location is perfect. There are coffee shops nearby and a nice supermarket downstairs.
Could be better: The check-in was a disaster. They make you go to their offices so they can give you a remote access. It's absurd!! The offices are not in the same building.. Bring the damn keys to the room.. we had luggage with us.. The noise. The upstairs neighbours were constantly making noise and fighting. There's also some immense noise in the morning, like the tram is going through your room.

We also really liked the room itself. There was a balcony with two chairs and a table, and the room had everything we needed. There are also several excellent coffee shops near the hotel, and good restaurants are within walking distance as well.
Could be better: The only thing that slightly dampened our stay was that a rather noisy group stayed in the neighboring room. They talked loudly late into the night, and because the walls in the hotel are quite thin, we could hear everything. They talked loudly late into the night, and because the walls in the hotel are quite thin, we could hear everything. This made staying in the room at night uncomfortable, although the first night, before they arrived, was very pleasant. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were quite firm, which might not meet the comfort standards of some guests. There was a fridge in the room, but it was quite small—just enough to fit a bottle of wine and some olives.
