    Close to all places to visit, spacious room, clean, and staff were always available and quick to reply for any questions we had.

    Could be better: It can get abit noisy since rooms are so close to each other, but other than that it was a really good stay

    The location was great, near the train station that took us from the airport and at the same time near the promenade and shopping street. The room was clean, spacious and with easy check in and access to the apartment.

    Very clean, comfy, location is excellent very close to the centar and to the Train station where you can travel to different cities.

    Could be better: The staff that is handling reservations never responded to our texts, we couldn’t get any information from them, not only regarding the city information like the rent a car suggestions. But also the checking in while we were coming to Italy was very difficult since we had a problem with the application where should we upload selfies, they…

    Could be better: The staff that is handling reservations never responded to our texts, we couldn’t get any information from them, not only regarding the city information like the rent a car suggestions. But also the checking in while we were coming to Italy was very difficult since we had a problem with the application where should we upload selfies, they haven’t answered a couple of times, and when they did they still haven’t sent us a office location, so we needed to contact them again (it took a couple of days). Cleaning lady at the apartment was very polite and nice, she doesn’t speak English, but we managed to understand each other.

    I was very happy with how easily I could book the room and with the efficient process of the check in, the staff was very helpful and responsive. Everything went very smoothly and the room was very clean, bright and spacious. It's well located, only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Also, I could easily reach the sea and there were plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

    Could be better: The only thing was that when I went to try the breakfast in Cafe Melo, the staff initially had no idea what I'm talking about that made me feel very uncomfortable. I showed them the ticket I was given but it took considerable effort to explain that I want the breakfast they agreed on to provide for the guests of barirooms.

    Easy to access from the Central Station. It was very clean, staff was really friendly. Nice amenities.

    Could be better: You can hear the noise of the other rooms at night, specially when they open or close the main door and rooms door.

    Spacious apartments in great location, quick contact with the staff. The room is well quipped.

    Could be better: A bit noisy but remember you are staying in the city centre so that might be inevitable.

    Great location, good value for money, good size room, clean, comfortable bed, had a smart TV, aircon, good wifi, cafes and supermarket on the same street.

    Could be better: The boiler did run out of hot water on a couple of occasions but we messaged reception and they fixed it
