Could be better: HOST NOT welcoming or kind. Day before arrival we contacted host for our arrival at 13:00 (according to our booking documents) apparently he changed check in time to17:00 without notifying us. We contacted booking.com and they tried to help but only got 13:00. but host said can't promise 13:00. He said most likely 17:00. We also had a one night stay bad experience Sept 2nd and we were pre booked for 5 day stay for ending of our trip near airport. next day after the one night stay he message us. he said if we give him a 10 review for both stays he would said us a basket to our home in Canada. Unprofessional and wrong to bribe for reviews. Bribed us before started our 5 Day stay.

Could be better: 1. No hot water during showers, even we turned on the button. We bathed with cold water. 2. No blanket or bed cover was provided. There was only a bedsheet like cover, which is different with the photos posted in Booking.com. You can’t imagine that we had to use towels to cover ourselves to sleep. 3. Poor customer service – The host firstly admitted that no hot water and no blankets were serious issues and said that he would escalate to his team and arrange transportation of blankets to us. However, later he said that no blankets would be provided in June. For hot water, he said that after we turned on the button, we had to wait for 40 minutes. This information was not given to us until we complained. In fact, can't imagine such facility is nowadays facility. 4. Lack of sincerity – though the host admitted that our experience was very disappointing, he only offered a 30% discount on our future stay which is completely insincere and meaningless. The overall condition of the property is so substandard, the experience is so bad, how would one stay here again? We said that we could record everything to Booking.com. While said that he would respect our feedback channel, he later send us a link and asked to provide our comments to him privately. Not understand what he is doing, he could read all my comments in Booking.com. In fact, he had deleted all our Whatsapp communication after a few days. 5. Poor soundproofing, the apartment is on the ground floor, which is separated with the street with a display window only. You could clearly hear what people were talking and the noises of transport. We had no good sleep because of the noises and poor warmth provided by towels. Limited toiletries – only one small roll of toilet paper (about half roll only), two small packs of soaps, no floor towels were provided. Overall, it seems that everything the host doing is for cutting costs. The host is not welcoming, or sincere in running the business.
