Location and communication with host
Could be better: Wifi appeared weak. This seems trivial, but as you are dependent on devices for information and communication, you don’t want to waste your stay time waiting

great location, very roomy accommodation, clean and modern, host was friendly and helpful
Could be better: no fault to owner of accommodation, but the halls of building smelled horrible, the tenants below (non Italians) very dirty spaces and not good cooking smells when you open windows. The bed and pillows were a bit hard (personal taste)

Apartment was very good,spacious and well equipped
Could be better: The apartment was quite a bit out of town which could be my own fault for not researching it properly,no supermarket,bar's or restaurants close by and not a very good area. Only A/C in the bedroom

Good value for money, excellent location, spacious, generally matches the description provided.
Could be better: Freezing cold during winter, AC, heating, and boiler were turned off, it took the entire night to warm one of the rooms to tolerable temperature, the other remained at 15-16 degrees C no matter what we did. Tiles are like stepping on ice. It took troubleshooring with boiler and some waiting until I get a hot shower. No effort was made to…

Additionally, I booked the apartment expecting two proper double beds, and one was portable, with comfort worse than a sofa bed. Some sockets and plugs did not function.

The location was good, the apartment is spacious and it is nicely furnished. The host left some wine and nice traditional pretzels for us which was a nice gesture.
Could be better: Only one bed is big and comfortable, the other one is smaller and not very comfy. Also there was no blanket in the apartment, although it was still warm when we travel, it brings extra comfort to have some nice blankets for a good sleep and there was none in the apartment. Also, the street where the bedroom has windows to is kind of noisy .

It is ok for one night.
Could be better: Door lock is bad. Towels were not fresh and they smell of moisture. Hot water was hard to adjust in the shower. Parking od public road. Loud neighborhood.

Host is AMAZING!! Place very Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for relaxing after long day. Kitchen easy to use. Excellent for a family or group of friends. Would definitely rent again!
