Location was excellent, I travelled for work and the location was 5 min away by foot from the university. Everything was super clean!The bathroom was very spacious and clean, the shower was very big and comfy with excellent water pressure :D
Could be better: The bedroom was very small, which I did expect and it was fine, possibly the placement of the bed can be improved to help moving around in the room. Also the lighting is very cold, a warmer light bulb can make it more cozy

I followed the directions by sending a WhatsApp 3 hours before arrival, then again 30 min before and 10 min before, but no one responded. When I arrived I had to call different numbers posted outside to request someone to let me in- and the lady on the phone…

Could be better: It was difficult to check in to the building since they manage multiple properties. I followed the directions by sending a WhatsApp 3 hours before arrival, then again 30 min before and 10 min before, but no one responded. When I arrived I had to call different numbers posted outside to request someone to let me in- and the lady on the phone admonished me for sending messages, saying she had too many to read. I was forced to wait in the rain with other people attempting to check in with the same problem until someone arrived.

Very clean, great location near the train station, lot of restaurants and bars, near tourist attractions.
Could be better: Feel not safe at night because of beggars and drunk people, it usually happens when you are near a train station. We had some issues with the air conditioner, but it was a positive experience overall. A suggestion: put some hangers for the towel in the bathroom. The space to take a shower is 'open' and every time the bathroom got wet in other areas. So air conditioner and bathroom the only negative notes.

It’s very close to the station, for us with a child it was perfect. Every day we had new towels. Was clean and every day we had hot water.
Could be better: It’s a bit noisy from outside in the night.
