Our experience at Il Pumo – Apulian Rooms was excellent from beginning to end. What impressed us most was the remarkable attention given to every aspect of the guest experience. It is refreshing to find accommodation where everything has been planned so thoughtfully. The apartment-style atmosphere offered a wonderful combination of independence and comfort, with elegant furnishings, a welcoming environment and useful amenities that made our visit particularly enjoyable. We especially appreciated the efficient management of the property. Before arriving, we received all the information necessary for a smooth arrival, and the entire process was remarkably straightforward. The team clearly understands the needs of international travellers and has created a very practical and convenient hospitality experience. The location near Bari Centrale was another significant advantage. We were able to explore the city, enjoy the local restaurants and easily arrange day trips to other beautiful places in the region. A special mention goes to the people behind Il Pumo. Their professionalism, excellent coordination and dedication to maintaining high standards deserve genuine recognition. Every detail reflects the effort and care invested in welcoming guests. This was one of the most enjoyable accommodations of our trip to Italy. We would gladly return and recommend it to friends and family visiting Bari.

I had a wonderful experience at Il Pumo – Apulian Rooms. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the exceptional organisation and attention to detail. Everything was carefully arranged to make the stay as pleasant and effortless as possible. The communication before arrival was excellent, with clear and detailed instructions that made the entire check-in process incredibly easy. I especially appreciated how efficiently everything was managed, without any unnecessary complications. The accommodation itself was beautifully maintained, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The complimentary refreshments, coffee facilities and thoughtful amenities were lovely touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was another great advantage, especially for travellers arriving by train or planning to explore other destinations in Puglia. Special compliments to the management team for their outstanding organisation, professionalism and attention to guests. It is clear that a great deal of care goes into every aspect of the experience. I would be delighted to return and would certainly recommend this property to other travellers.

I really enjoyed staying here. The accommodation felt fresh and welcoming, and everything was in excellent condition. Being so close to the railway station made travelling around Puglia incredibly convenient. The centre of Bari is also easily reachable on foot. Communication was smooth and access to the room was straightforward.

Could be better: I have no complaints. My experience was excellent.

Everything was exceptional, cleanliness, location, communication with the hosts. A coffee machine and welcome drinks await you in the room. We were also offered to leave our suitcases as long as necessary after check out.

Perfect stopover location. Close to train station, lovely cafe for breakfast in the morning and a short walk to Bari town and old town. Very comfortable, large beds, great shower and lots of extra provisions like water and snacks which were most appreciated after our delayed flight and train from Bari airport. A great find. Would highly recommend.
