The location was great; a 25 minute walk to the train station and about 30 to the old town. Claudia was very helpful and the small breakfast snacks were a lovely touch. She also helped arrange for a family member to collect us from the airport for a smaller fee than the taxis, which are a rarity in Bari. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Could be better: Being on the ground floor on the street, it sometimes didn’t feel the safest. The front door also wasn’t soundproof so we were able to hear a lot of traffic noise at times, and on the last night there was a man loitering outside the apartment which made us feel a bit uncomfortable as it felt like he was in the room with us! Could be better: Being on the ground floor on the street, it sometimes didn’t feel the safest. The front door also wasn’t soundproof so we were able to hear a lot of traffic noise at times, and on the last night there was a man loitering outside the apartment which made us feel a bit uncomfortable as it felt like he was in the room with us! We’d recommend a thick blackout curtain to go across the door which would definitely make a difference to blocking out noise and daylight :)

The host is really easy to communicate with. The place is perfectly clean, there is everything that you may need for a few days stay.
Could be better: The place is on the ground level, it is not recommended if you are a light sleeper.

The floor wasn't clean at all, there was no natural light, and it's a place suitable for a maximum of one night. The owner was helpful; she recommended a place for us to park our car, which was great
Could be better: The breakfast is practically nonexistent — just a few sweets, some milk, and coffee. You might call it a treat, but definitely not a proper breakfast. Very disappointing.

Location was exelent. Communication was more then amazing. We got everything we wanted. There was prepared more then we expected to the breakfast. Really lovely. Recommend. Clean place with its own sharm.

The old town is a 30-minute walk away, and the train station and pedestrian street can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.

Could be better: The apartment is street-facing, so outside noises can be heard. There is no wardrobe or shelves in the accommodation, just a single coat rack. The bathroom lacks space to place the minimum necessary toiletries for a shower. The water pressure for showering is very low. The 'traditional Italian breakfast' consists of preserved products (e.g., packaged croissants, mini crackers). Upon arrival, they prepared breakfast for one day, and upon request, we received similar long-lasting food items. The air conditioning dripped condensation water onto the single bed, so we moved the bed.

Could be better: We couldn't get into the accommodation because the access code was incorrect, and nobody answered the phone when we tried calling. The location wasn't great either – very busy, messy and not particularly pleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience.
