Apartment recently renovated, well equipped, very nice and helpful staff, spacious apartment, if it weren't for the musty/damp smell it would be great value for money
Could be better: Strong musty/damp smell

The apartment is located 20 mins walk from the City centre, promenade and old town. Nearby is a great local bakery and supermarket where you can get substantial food, beverages, nice offers of cheese, meat and vegetables. Ninni is a great host, always helpful, generous and easy to get in touch 😊💚 The apartment has everything that we needed for a one week stay for 3 people. It was so lovely to come back to the nice, chilly shelter after very hot and very sunny day. The apartment is very good isolated and you can't hear the busy street. We slept there very well. 100% positive experience 😊
Could be better: Everything was perfect!

10.010.0 out of 10 A great place to stay
The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you would need. The owner was very helpful, and gave us great tips for the city. We arrived very late and he organized transportation for us from the airport. The location is also good, there is a supermarket and a bakery right next to it and a big market right behind the building. It takes about 15 min walk to Murat and the old town. We would stay again for sure..... 🙂
Could be better: I can't think of anything...

We had a lovely stay. Big appreciation for the host, who replayed in seconds and was there to answer any questions and explain everything. He arranged us a taxi from the airport that gave us the key to the apartment cause we were arriving late. The apartment is very spacious and VERY clean. You have everything you need, towels, kitchen gadgets, chairs, air conditioning. It’s a 20min walk to Bari centrale. We we were very pleased

It was very clean and in a perfect central location. The owner was extremely kind and helpful we had to book urgently late in the evening, and he contacted us straight away, came within a few hours to give us the key, and stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Very well done, and thank you. We will definitely book again.

We really liked the apartment. Is new and well equipped. It's clean. The location was also good. Not far from the city center (Bari Vecchia). The host was nice and he suggested various places to visit around Bari.

This was an exceptional stay! Ninni and Tania are wondeful hosts. They went above and beyond to accomodate and were very helpful, I was able to extend my stay, store luggage whilst waiting for my flight and any questions I had were answered immediately. The apartment was big, spacious and very clean. The bedroom sits along the street however it was very quiet especially at night. It is on the ground floor so no need to worry about stairs! It is an easy 10ish minute walk to Bari Vecchi as well as the train station. There is a pastry shop out front and a supermarket not even a minute walk away. If im ever back in bari I will be staying here again. Thank you for such a welcoming stay.

8.08.0 out of 10 Very good
The host is very responsive, very helpful and offered us all kind of useful information. The apartment is large and spacious, centrally located, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in the old town. It has new and modern appliances and seems recently renovated. The only window is at street level but there were no problems with the noise.
Could be better: There is a persistent smell of mold and dampness inside. You get used to it, it's not very disturbing, but after 3-4 days the clothes start to smell musty.
