We stayed for a week middle of September. The whole apartment , location , roof terrace and staff were fantastic . Teresa and her team were amazing and went out of their way to be hospitable and helpful. All rooms air conditioned. Apartment was spotless and fresh towels everyday. Location is right at the edge of the old town where it meets the new so we had the best of both worlds

L'Officina is perfectly located at the edge of the old town, in walking distance of a big supermarket, the bus stations to the beaches and airport, and all the restaurants and nice places in the old town. The rooftop terrace is great for tanning or relaxing in the Jacuzzi or sitting area. Our room Fulvia was very spacious and had everything we needed. The team comes by every day to clean and even restock free necessities like milk, water, yogurts, coffee capsules. Via the WhatsApp number, the team answers to any questions within minutes. Our stay at L'Officina was better than what we expected from the reviews, so we felt like we wanted to leave one as well.
Could be better: On some days it was a bit noisy with the music from a nearby restaurant but that's a little tradeoff for being so central and they stopped at a decent time. Maybe bring some earplugs just in case ;)
