The room was absolutely beautiful and fabulous location on the edge of the historic centre and close to everything. 10min walk to the station. Every little detail had been thought of in the room.

Traditional building by the old town excellently modernised. Easy walk from station with old town, new town shops and restaurants, and the sea, close by

We had a relatively spacious room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, decent size bathroom and a big shower with plenty of hot water. The room was lovely; refurbished but with beautiful exposed stone to give it real character. The room is accessible by spiral staircase or lift and is in an excellent location - an easy direct walk along a pedestrianised street…

We had a relatively spacious room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, decent size bathroom and a big shower with plenty of hot water. The room was lovely; refurbished but with beautiful exposed stone to give it real character. The room is accessible by spiral staircase or lift and is in an excellent location - an easy direct walk along a pedestrianised street (but look out for the road crossings) from the main railway station and right on the edge of the old town. The roof terrace is a lovely feature. Pierluigi's access instructions were very clear and timely, and he was very helpful.
Could be better: Nothing really; the only tiny whinges are that the clothes rails are very high - too high for anyone under 1.8m or so tall, and the lift is quite slow. The fact that these are the only "criticisms" we have, and they didn't spoil our enjoyment of the room, just goes to show how much we liked the room.

Great location, well appointed, clean, excellent value. Just know this is a guesthouse with 2 rooms, not a hotel.
Could be better: Based on what we read on Booking.com we were looking for a hotel. Turns out it's a small, but nice guest house. It was a little hard to find. Just a doorway.
