8.08.0 out of 10 Very good
Easy online check-in. The apartment was comfortable, with two AC units and a nice balcony, close to the train station and old town. After check-out, I forgot my passport, and the host quickly helped me retrieve it by remotely opening the door.

8.08.0 out of 10 Nice place in the center of Bari
Perfect location of the apartment, very close to the old town, shops and bus stops. The apartment was well equipped. The small elevator was big enough for the baby stroller. We enjoyed our time at the balcony too. There was a cot for the baby which was really appreciated. The owner let us stay a bit longer before checking out. Generally we don't regret choosing that place for a stay in Bari.
Could be better: The biggest disappointment was that in the living room there was no couch as it was shown in the pictures of the object but there was another single bed instead. This made the stay uncomfortable as the couch was planned to be used for the breastfeeding of the baby. The apartment itself could have been cleaner, it wasn't perfect in this…

Could be better: The biggest disappointment was that in the living room there was no couch as it was shown in the pictures of the object but there was another single bed instead. This made the stay uncomfortable as the couch was planned to be used for the breastfeeding of the baby. The apartment itself could have been cleaner, it wasn't perfect in this matter. The host didn't give us any recommendations about the city, restaurants etc., even though I asked him before the arrival. Also no explanation or solution for the missing couch. The price could have been a bit lower too.

9.09.0 out of 10 Comfortable apartment with a central location for your perfect city stay in Bari
The location is great and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Could be better: The bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Other than that everything was great!

8.08.0 out of 10 Good stay
We really liked the location and the place had a kitchen and amenities to cook if you plan on staying for long. The AC worked really well and the balcony was nice. The check-in was very simple and we had the possibility to leave our bags beforehand.
Could be better: The place could be cleaner, more towels and bed linen could be available. The bathroom is small and doesn't have any amenities. I would also recommend adding a cleaning mop.

The location was great, very comfortable and bright apartment. Very clean. The kitchen was great if you want to make food yourself.

7.07.0 out of 10 Would not stay here again.
Great location near restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the railway Bari Centrale
Could be better: The apartment needs a little work. There is mold around the windows, the floors are very used and dirty, the walls need to get a good clean. The mattress is way to soft and creates a hole in the middle, you get the feeling you are in a boat.

8.08.0 out of 10 Good value for money
Location was very good, staff was great, very communicative.
Could be better: The water pressure was very low. The place was ok, but could use some touch ups here and there.

Could be better: First of all, thank you for having us. We wanted to share some friendly and constructive feedback with the best of intentions, purely to help improve the experience for future guests. Unfortunately, we were not able to check in earlier, nor were we allowed to leave our luggage at the property prior to the official check-in time, so we had to pay for an external luggage storage service. Additionally, the online check-in process requiring photos felt a bit too complex for us. Also, as we previously pointed out during our stay, providing shower soap and ensuring that the batteries (for the devices/remotes) are fully working would be very helpful additions to the apartment. We hope you take this feedback positively as a way to enhance your service. Thank you once again for everything!
