The room was lovely! Clean and well furnished and the balcony was nice for a nightcap. I was greeted by Roberto, who was so kind and welcoming. He helped me find a place for dinner and called a taxi for me so that I had a ride to the airport the next day, which was so much cheaper than the uber I initially booked! The room was in a great location, it was very easy to walk anywhere in Bari. The AC worked well and the breakfast was an added bonus! I would highly recommend staying here, I wish I had stayed longer!

The studio was really modern, warm, and lovely! I love the bathroom and the shower! I took a cool bath in the hot weather. It was nice. It was not far from the city center, about a 10-minute walk to old town... It was nice to get a complimentary breakfast down the street for a cappuccino and an Italian pastry. There was a coffee/tea maker outside the rooms, which was nice to have when waking up in the morning before going out for the day. Met Patricia, who was very helpful with me when I arrived for check-in and she was very nice. Her husband, Roberto, was in communication when I needed assistance or a suggestion for dining, etc. It has an elevator, which was convenient.

Could be better: There was no sitting chair in the room, so I had to eat and drink on the bed. It was too hot outside to sit on the balcony and it was not a pleasant view between buildings.

Excellent location where we needed to be to meet friends on the first night of our Italy trip. In the heart of the city, we could sit on the balcony listening to the sounds of Italian city life! Joyful! We popped across the road and around the corner to ‘Rex’ Cafe Bar in the morning handing our voucher over and enjoyed the most delicious pastry and excellent coffee for breakfast. So easy. The room is spotlessly clean with a beautiful contemporary bathroom and excellent shower. Just outside the front door, Roberto our host, leaves extra water, and coffee pods and a very easy to use coffee maker for an extra coffee on the balcony whilst people watching. The entrance is very easy and the lift incorporates that ‘old world, pre era charm’ of elegant bygone days, quite fun. Then entering the room itself, it is contemporary, clean, and bright, including everything one requires for a good stay. The absolute star of the show though is Roberto, the host, who truly goes above and beyond to make your trip seamless and happy. Even down to offering to order local Taxis on our behalf. Which all worked out perfectly. His communication before the arrival was superb. He was fantastic. Would definitely stay again when on another City visit.

Could be better: Probably like another pillow, I prefer two pillows but that’s a personal preference.

Great location, near to the old town and the main shopping streets. The room was clean and bright. The host was nice, friendly, helpfull and super responsive. The instructions for getting inside the room were clear and provided on time. The breakfast was just coffee and a croissant in the nearby coffe bar, typical Italian, but for getting the stomach full you would need to order and pay additionally.

Could be better: The water in the bottle, provided in the room had a smell like it was old, so I didn't drink it. Maybe it was the cork stopper? The heating didn't work, so it was a bit chilly in the evening, but great for a good sleep (the host sent instructions how to turn it on, but somehow it didn't work).

The room was in a good location, clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water (not always the case in older buildings in Italy). The host was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help out (including fetching a bathing suit that had fallen off the clothesline onto a roof below). I would rent this place again.

Could be better: Two things: (1) The place is hard to find. (2) Overnight parking (which the host does not control) is a nightmare and very expensive, reserve a spot ahead of your arrival if you can or arrive early.

I really like the nice and clean design of the room. The bathroom was also very pretty and spacious! The location of the property was amazing and the option to have breakfast at the bars downstairs was also great! The communication with the host was really nice and he was always very helpful and responsive!

Could be better: It was a bit noisy from the street during the night.
