We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, loved the interior, especially the marble floor tiles. Very clean place, the building is well maintained. We'd love to return for a longer holiday there.
Could be better: These are just small things to note. There was some strange noise coming from the apartment above; the coffee machine was leaking.

This high rise condominium was well dressed with marble counters, showers, and kitchen. It has unbelievable views to the sea. There was a cellular tower in the view, but it was fun watching the green “parrot-like” birds that had set up residence there. It had everything we needed. The grocery store was across the street. The bus stop was out the front door…

This high rise condominium was well dressed with marble counters, showers, and kitchen. It has unbelievable views to the sea. There was a cellular tower in the view, but it was fun watching the green “parrot-like” birds that had set up residence there. It had everything we needed. The grocery store was across the street. The bus stop was out the front door. There was actually a train stop behind the unit by the sea. We don’t know anything about it but it was fun to watch the trains come and go. We rented a car and the owners have a vault under the unit to park safely.
Could be better: Everything in this unit was superior. I would say that the photos do not do this place justice. It is far more beautiful than the photos convey.

Very spacy, nice looking, ultra modern apartment; stunning view from the terrace; parking slot; market and bakery nearby; city center and beach are 10 mins by car.
Could be better: It was not possible to chat with the property (email and phone communication available). Terrace and sofa could be better cleaned.

Perfect location, with cover parking in the complex provided by the host. There is a big supermarket just across the street, and a bakery really close to the apartment. Everything you need for great vacation!
Could be better: There were no cutlery and bottle opener in the apartment which surprised us. The air conditioner was central and we weren't able to control it.

Could be better: Lack of written instruction how to use washing machine and dishwasher and where the garbage should be thrown away. No dishwashing liquid in the kitchen and no electric kettle to boil water for tea . We had also a problem with the light in one of the bedroom (light turned on by itself during the night and could not be turned off with the button . We had to unscrew the light bulbs otherwise we could not sleep during the night.)

The apartment and the building are very luxurious. All the floors are marble, everything gives you a feeling you are in a high end hotel. There are terraces on all three sides of the apartment. The sea view is visible from the moment you enter the apartment.
Could be better: It is a bit far away from the city. I would assume, if you are not with a car, it would be an issue. Also there is a construction next by, but again - considering your purpose of the visit is probably to see surrounding and not to stay in the apartment, should not be an issue.
