personnel is very friendly, but only speaks Italian
Could be better: Hotel is functional but very run down

Good price, excellent location next to the campus. Large terrasse. Very quiet at night. Smell. Style of the bed: It looked like that of my grandparents although I'm 72 years old! Nightly visit of a mosquito, because I left the window open.
Could be better: Breakfast was very poor. Room was large, three beds! Needing renovation. You couldn't move the blinds to go to the large terrasse. Restaurant exists only on the Web Page. No hotel bar, no water in the room.

4.04.0 out of 10 Disappointing
Could be better: No refrigerator in the room (in the middle of a hot summer).

very nice and helpful staff, free luggage storage, we were a group of 6, we were originally supposed to have 2 separate rooms, but upon arrival they gave us a larger apartment. For one night stay absolutely acceptable.
Could be better: old hotel, further from the center, the toilet flush in the room didn't work and the sink didn't drain, but when we notified the reception they came to fix it right away

Very friendly and helpful staff
Could be better: They first gave me a key to someone else's room. Room smelled of stale cigarettes. There was no mention of the property being cash only anywhere prior arrival

3.03.0 out of 10 The room was ok but it is not possible to get an invoice and room key security were poor
The room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice view from the balcony
Could be better: The hotel was unable to provide an invoice which is a necessity for a business travel. Breakfast was really minimalistic and the keys had to be left at the reception every time one leaves the hotel. However, there was not always personnel at the reception so I would recommend not to leave valuables inside the rooms. Some things in the room like the blinds were only half working.

3.03.0 out of 10 It’s okay for one night if you’re doing a “on the road” trip so you don’t have high standards. It wasn’t very clean and
It was calm and okay for one night
Could be better: It wasn’t neither nice neither clean.

3.03.0 out of 10 Meh
Lots of parking
Could be better: Staff were not helpful. The rooms were very dated and old. Lots of yelling I could hear through the walls most of the night. Surrounding area didn’t feel very safe.

3.03.0 out of 10 Poor
Quiet area, calm street
Could be better: Wifi only available at the reception area, not in the room. The used towel was removed in the morning, not replaced. The breakfast was not announced at check in, but after asking it was confirmed for free. Anyway, very poor selection, only 1 bottle of water available in the morning on the breakfast table, and it was not refilled during the 3 breakfast hours.
