Laura was an excellent host. She was very kind, helpful, and always replied to our messages quickly. Communication with her was smooth from the beginning. She welcomed us personally, gave us the keys, and showed us around the apartment, which made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building. It was very clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was especially appreciated during the hot days! The apartment also has a spacious and beautiful terrace, which was a lovely place to relax. The location is convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station and around 20–25 minutes on foot from the city centre. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and didn't miss anything. A big thank you to Laura for her hospitality!
Could be better: Nothing in particular. Everything was great, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Terrazze Alela provided us with an ideal base for our visit to Bari/Puglia. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The massive terrace was a definite highlight for us. Our hosts were very welcoming.

Excellent location to get to city center and main train station on walk (20min center, 10min train). Terace available for relax/meals. Helpful and kind owners. Parking possibilities for a rented car. Grocery shop and bakeries close by. Appartment spatious enough for a family of four.
Could be better: Kitchen could be better equipped especially knives.

10.010.0 out of 10 Lovely apartment with huge terrace
The apartment was very nice, good location and it had a big terrace. The host was very nice and helpful.
Could be better: The apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. Good exercise though :) The kitchen could have been a bit more well-equipped (microwave would have been useful and some sharper knives).

Could be better: Lacking any instructions for refuse / recycling (although I’m sure that had I asked the host would have explained) Water pressure in bathroom sink was very low.
