Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Breakfast was included in our rate and served at the restaurant across the street, which is also owned by our hosts. It was generous, delicious, and more than enough for two people—we couldn’t even finish it all! Emanuel’s extensive background in hotel hospitality truly shines through. His attention to detail is exceptional, and it’s clear that his goal is to make every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at home. Combined with Tina’s warmth and their genuine desire to make our stay special, it made for a wonderful experience. We wholeheartedly recommend B&B Villa S. Beautifully clean and stylish.. right on the sea front. A Bottle of sparkling wine and prepared fruit were prepared for our arrival. Luxury coffee maker and beautiful bed linen made our stay very special. The breakfast was beautifully presented and we had a window setting where we could watch the waves lapping just below us. We booked a table there in the evening and had freshly prepared fish which was a feel treat.

Our four-night stay at B&B Villa S. Anna was simply wonderful. This was our last holiday as a couple before returning from our assignment in Germany, and it became one of the most memorable trips of our time in Europe. Emanuele and his wife were exceptional hosts. Emanuele has visited Japan several times, and the level of hospitality reminded us of the outstanding service for which Japan is famous. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Fresh sheets and towels were provided every day, making the stay feel truly luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Especially enjoying fresh law fish while overlooking the sea each morning was a special experience. Watching the sunrise from the beach directly in front of the property was equally unforgettable. What impressed us most was the passion and dedication of Emanuele and his family. It is clear how much they love this place and their guests. Excellent value for money, beautiful location, and wonderful hospitality. If we return to Puglia one day, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
