A great place to stay the host Francesco was wonderful, fresh fruit prepared on our arrival with free coffee and tea, in the morning Francesco even left us fresh pastry for our breakfast, no problem recommending this place for a comfortable stay right on the sea front,and free parking as well. Thank you Francesco for looking after us.

Great place to stay - close to Bari and right by the sea, also easy access to the Airport. we arrived late and it was good to stay so close. There are nice restaurants -just a few minutes walking distance. Francesco organized a special croissant for us every morning and surprised us with a plate of fresh fruit upon arrival. Free parking just in front!

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and wonderfully quiet. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the sea and within easy walking distance to several restaurants. It was also just a short drive into the beautiful town. From the moment we arrived Francesco was an amazing host, he was so thoughtful and considerate. He provided us with wonderful suggestions and recommendations for our entire stay in Puglia, which was incredibly helpful and made our trip even more memorable. He welcomed us with a beautiful fruit plate and treated us to delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee and tea were also provided in the room, which was such a nice touch. Parking was free and easy, right in front of the property. We truly appreciated all of Francesco's thoughtful touches and his genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

The host Francesco has been truly welcoming, receiving us with fitting touch of a fresh fruit platter during the heat wave, and in the morning we were greeted by a fresh creamy croissant from a nearby bakery! We will come for sure to meet him and his lovely guardian Massimo ( dog) :)

Francesco is an amazing host! The room is very clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. It is right across the street from the sea and has a nice seating area looking at the sea. It is close walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to the town of Giovinazzo. Francesco welcomed us with a fruit plate and provided us with delicious croissants in the morning.. Coffee and tea are provided in the room. Parking is free and easy right in front. I would highly recommend!!

The location of the villa is amazing! In front of the ocean, walking distance to restaurants and shopping and only 6 km from the airport .First floor very comfortable room and bathroom. Francesco, the host, is very friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, he surprised us with a fresh fruit platter. In the morning we was so kind to bring us a delicious freshly baked crossaint.This was an AMAZING find that deserves another visit.

Great place with super nice host, Francesco! He waited for us with fruit platter and was very informative. Climatic place, clean and close to the sea, convenient parking, close to the airport. We would gladly return and profit from the nearby beach with more convienient weather :)

Very nice and comfortable apartement, with a lovely seaview in a nice Location. Little Port with Restaurants and Bars only few steps away. The owner is very welcoming, and delivered Croissants for breakfast. We will come back!

Amazing Host! He was there to greet us on arrival, even when we were a tad later that we thought we'd be. Parking was easy, right out front. Just to note, we could have parked within the gated area if we wished. A wonderful fruit plate awaited for us and in the morning we also recieved much loved fresh flaky croissants! We had a great dinner across the way, booked by Francesco as well. Like others, we would return hery in a heartbeat. Our little slice of Italian heaven. 💕
