Could be better: Sanitary and plumbing were quite challenging, but I suppose it's a particularly of the old buildings with pumps which they had to add on the backwards facades.. Also, nothing can be done about the smell of the fried fish during the lunch and dinner hours.. And definetly nothing the owners can do about street noise, musicians playing outside every day with the same program, fights of dranks or garbage trucks coming at 2 am.... If you want to enjoy the great location and ambiance - foresee earplugs, something against mosquitoes, not too heavy luggage and a pair of good legs..

Could be better: A few things could be improved. It was difficult to reach the host when we couldn’t find the lockbox for the keys, and it took some time before I managed to find it myself. There are quite a lot of stairs, so it may be challenging for anyone with mobility difficulties. When we arrived, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the apartment which remained during our stay, even after airing out the rooms—perhaps because it is an older apartment. For three people, the amount of toilet paper provided was not enough, so we had to buy our own. If you are sensitive to noise, street sounds might be disturbing, although it did not bother us.

Could be better: Unfortunately, we had several problems with the accommodation. The first was that my apartment was on the 3rd floor, which meant about 60 very steep stairs. It was quite stressful to climb them, I didn't mention this in the description at all. Furthermore, during our stay, the temperature dropped to 13-14 degrees in the evenings, so it was cool inside. The heating didn't work, and after several exchanges of letters they told us how to turn it on, but basically there is no heating at the beginning of October. I don't think this is right at all. The apartment is much more crowded than in the photos, the walls are dirty, the furniture is worn out. Overall, it was a disappointment. I'll just mention that the street is incredibly loud and it was difficult to sleep even with the windows closed, but they can't help it.
