The position right in the edge of the Centro Storico. Everything was in easy walking distance. The apartment had been remodeled and was in outstanding condition decorated by someone with superb taste. The neighborhood was very pleasant and people welcomed us everywhere. Within a day we felt like we belonged to the town. The owner Frank, his son Gennaro and Nonna were incredible hosts
Could be better: Parking was not easy. If Bari is your first stop take and Uber. You can go back later to the airport to pick up a rental.

The location of the apartment is perfect, I can't imagine a better place to live in Bari. Wherever we go and turn on the map, it always shows 5-7 minutes. Great, safe neighborhood. The staircase always smells very nice with the neighbors' laundry.
Could be better: The apartment was definitely attractive because it had a balcony, but when I booked I didn't see that I had booked a room without a balcony. The apartment has no windows, so there is a lack of daylight... you can also hear everything very well if the neighbors come back, the apartment is not for sensitive people. Everything was amazing! The location is perfect, the vibe of the apartment is lovely, it’s very clean, you have everything you need, 10 out of 10! The owners are very helpful, they respond very quick and are polite and positive! I recommend choosing Tresca Charme luxury rooms for your stay!

The apartment is situated in a beautiful old building and you get a very authentic Italian experience. The apartment is very well furnished , clean, comfortable and you have everything you need. Communication for check in and out was excellent. Any problems I had were quickly responded to.
Could be better: This a personal view and it is not in any way the fault of the owners. Apartment 11 had only 2 windows both of which are high and cannot be looked out through. I did not understand this fully when I was booking .To be fair to the owners they did state there was no terrace with this apartment. Although everything was perfect, personally I wouldn't book this apartment again for that one reason. It may not be a problem for many. 😀

The terrace provides a perfect place to sit and read or have a meal. While the view from the bedroom allows you to witness the every day life of the people of Bari. The check-in process was very simple and all the information was provided very professionally. I couldn’t fault this apartment at all.
Could be better: Be mindful that you will find it difficult to get a taxi from here and if you do not, it is at least a 20 minute walk to the station. It is a good idea to prebook your transfer. And as this is the old town, a taxi cannot come in, but it is very easy to arrange to meet them on the corner of the main road. As long as you are aware of that, there’s nothing else to worry about.

10.010.0 out of 10 Perfect for a holiday. The only regret we have is that we couldn’t stay longer.
If you want a perfect stay, this is it. We loved EVERYTHING about it. The host was extremely informative, helpful and responsive. He gave us suggestions and advice that helped our stay go very smoothly. The place was absolutely adorable with everything you could want and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
Could be better: Nothing. We had no complaints.

Like: - owners kind and responsive , good communication. - location close to anything you need to see in Bari vecchia - 15 min walk to Bari Centrale - terrance in room 22 is absolutley great - 2 rooms offering sufficient space for a family of 3 Improvement possible : - there are 2 accomodstions sharing a hallway and main door not isolated , can be loud when opening / closing doors - lauddry room next to room 22 , you can hear when used / doors open - closed

The location is in the old town, there are a lot of small streets and old buldings nearby. Also the room has a very nice terrace, but we could not enjoyed it too much due to the rain.
Could be better: the only thing we did not like it was the rainy weather during our stay, but I don't think the host can do something for that :)
