Could be better: Miles from the old district or other restaurants. Code for gate, gate key, building, room outside door, room key box is a bit much. 20 euro parking is too much vs street parking outside. The tub has a shower nozzle but no curtain - what a mess. Add a curtain or door to make this usable.

Pokój znajduje się w nowym czystym budynku,samo mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone(ekspres do kawy, sejf, klimatyzacja, fajny tarasik z widokiem na morze, teren jest ogrodzony Dodatkowo można wykupić miejsce parkingowe w cenie 20€ za dobę.
Could be better: Apartament jest dość daleko od centrum historycznego Bari, natomiast mając samochód przejazd zajmuje 6 min. Pieszo ok 40 min w jedną stronę.

Apartament bardzo czysty, z fajnym tarasem. Klimatyzowany. Zestaw ręczników, suszarka, lodówka. Budynek nowy, z windą. Widok z okna na morze. Polecam dla osób z autem, jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania. Parking płatny pod budynkiem.

Soggiorno impeccabile! + Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista! Ho soggiornato presso Tabula Rasa e non potrei essere più soddisfatta. La camera era immacolata, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale, sempre sorridente e pronto a dare ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La posizione è strategica e comodissima per spostarsi. Ci tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione. Consigliatissimo!

Appartement neuf et comfortable et bien situé meme si autour d'une zone industrielle et du port mais tout est a portee de main pour ceux qui sont sans voiture (bus, supermarchés). Les videos explicatives très bien faites et claires. Les 2 bouteilles d'eau fraîches ds le mini bar très appreciees à l'arrivée :)

Pas de contact sur place pour régler les pbs ..Pb pour accéder a la chambre car le badge fonctionnair mal (qui appeler a 21h? je suis rentrée au v'bout de 20mn d'essai ). Déçue par le petit déjeuner : machine a café bruyante…

Could be better: Tout est fait en ligne et une fois que tt est réglé et paye aucune nouvelle de nos hôtes, pas de téléphone a appeler. Pas de contact sur place pour régler les pbs ..Pb pour accéder a la chambre car le badge fonctionnair mal (qui appeler a 21h? je suis rentrée au v'bout de 20mn d'essai ). Déçue par le petit déjeuner : machine a café bruyante et qui coulait a côté, 2 mini gobelets (alors que je restais 5 nuits et impossible de boire du thé avec).. Donc frais avancés pour rien. Voisins bruyants (chambre 1) : le 1er soir : bruits a 3h30 du matin (claquage porte, discussions a voix haute) puis le dernier soir musique a fonds, Bruits ponctuels, incessants, travaux, réveils a minuit et a 3h30 du matin. J'ai du leur demander le silence a 2 reprises! Balcon très sympa mais pas privatif vue direct sur les voisins ...Une carte de Bari aurait été aopreciee
