Very good contact with the owner, the apartment is completely renovated, air conditioning and blinds in the windows, elevator in the building. The equipment was very good even was a washing machine, an oven, an ironing board and an iron plate. I recommend it to anyone who needs a good base to visit other places. I recommend Bart

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in these lovely apartments. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from Pane e Pomodoro beach. The apartment is spotless, newly renovated and very well equipped. We really appreciated the little details: a washing machine with detergent; shower gel and shampoo, as well as coffee, tea and snacks. These are small things, but they make a stay much more comfortable. We also needed an extra set of bed linen, and Antonio kindly let us use one without any problem. There is air conditioning in both rooms, which is especially convenient when guests have different preferences regarding the temperature. The instructions for check-in and for using the appliances were very clear and helpful. Antonio was a very thoughtful and welcoming host and even offered us some extra drinks. Breakfast was included in the price and was served at a small café right next to the apartment — coffee, juice and a croissant. It is a lovely local place where many residents stop for their morning coffee, and we really enjoyed experiencing this little part of everyday life in Bari. We were very happy with both the apartment and the communication with Antonio. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who prefers apartments to hotels — it really feels like a comfortable home away from home.

Could be better: There were only two things we didn't enjoy, and neither of them had anything to do with the apartment itself. During the last two days of our stay, the sea was rough and the coast guard did not allow people to swim, reportedly because of bacteria detected in the water. So, on our last day, we went to Polignano a Mare for half a day to have a chance to swim before leaving. Also, on our last evening, our neighbours were quite loud and watched a concert on TV until late at night. However, neither of these things spoiled our stay. Overall, we were very happy with both the apartment and the communication with Antonio.

A perfect stay with an unforgettable sunset A truly beautiful apartment, recently renovated and carefully designed down to the smallest detail, with elegant finishes and spotlessly clean rooms. The city views and sunsets from the two balconies are simply stunning. The apartment is a lovely little penthouse on the sixth floor, standing higher than all the surrounding buildings. The location is also excellent: very close to Pane e Pomodoro beach and convenient for reaching Bari city centre. Super-fast Wi-Fi, a very comfortable bed, and everything you could possibly need. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. You can immediately sense the passion and experience that go into welcoming guests. Breakfast was excellent too—a traditional Italian breakfast served at a café just a few steps from the apartment. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back!

Mieszkanie urządzone pięknie i z gustem. Bardzo duża wygodna przestrzeń. wszystko utrzymane w czystości, co było dla nas bardzo istotne. Nie brakowało nam kompletnie niczego . Antonio podał nam wszystkie istotne informacje. Więc od początku do końca pobytu mogliśmy na niego liczyć gdyby była taka potrzeba . To był dla nas bardzo przyjemny pobyt.

Molto pulito, ben organizzato e funzionale in ogni aspetto. L'appartamento e' ammobiliato di recente con molti comforts, la proprieta' supergentile, mi ha anche risolto un piccolo intoppo personale.
Could be better: Il condominio in cui e' situato l'appartamento e' ad un livello minore della struttura stessa.

Tutto. La vicinanza al centro della città, la casa, la facilità di trovare il parcheggio. L'appartamento è eccezionale, per l'organizzazione degli spazi, doccia bellissima, letti e cuscini ottimi, arredi nuovi e ben integrati alla casa. La colazione inclusa poi presso il bar San Martin a due passi dalla casa è stata squisita.
