We had room entry 9 on the second floor. No elevator. It was spacious, newly decorated as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Coffee/tea was provided in the communal entry area shared by the apartment next door. Host was lovely. Train and bus station down the road as was the supermarket.
Could be better: The neighbourhood. Very run down. Walk to centre / old town was 20mins but you could catch train/bus. Booking did not state that you had to provide ID via WhatsApp before you received any information re check-in . We always take that into consideration before finalising booking. It could be difficult if you did not have internet access as instructions were sent electronically and the host let us in remotely.

The owner Vittorio was super friendly, polite and just a very caring guy. He made sure to sent the manual to the jacuzzi and the room was in perfect condition.

We had a very pleasend stay at Vittorio’s apartment, everything was new and very clean. We had a whirpool in the room and AC. The location is good positioned, a very small walking distance to reach the Pane e Pomodoro beach and also the train station and 20 minutes to Old town. We totally enjoyed our stay and the owner was very helpful and tried to give us the best tips in order to make our stay a pleasent one!

It was super clean, bathroom has different lights and we had fun chosing the best one. Very good stay and we loved How Vittorio supported us to find a place to eat late at night. Right in front of the property there’s a 24h machine where you can have snacks, beer, water… Next time we Will certainly chose the same place to stay.

Vittorio was an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. He also made an extra effort to help me with transfer when there was a strike in the train company. The room is new, clean and quiet inside, I slept very well. There was a wonderful Italian restaurant with great vegan options, just 5 minutes walk from there - called Arte - Pizza e Talenti.
Could be better: The location is far from the center or old town, so you need to prepare for long walks or other modes of transportation to get there easily. However, the advantage is that you get local vibes around you, and you won't be stuck in a tourist trap.

Could be better: Non è presente un ascensore nel palazzo per raggiungere il piano della camera, farsi tante rampe di scale con le valigie non è piacevole. La zona della città in cui si trova la stanza non era per nulla bella e il palazzo era molto vecchio e decadente
