8.08.0 out of 10 Charming, historic, and centrally located with comfortable amenities and welcoming hosts.
The location is charming and historic and the hosts were welcoming. There was working a AC unit and refrigerator and a shower with ample hot water. We encourage guests to park at the nearby park and ride as there is no reasonable local parking. Grazie mille!

7.07.0 out of 10 Great location, please fix the WiFi as there’s no reception in the room

Could be better: WiFi didn’t work. No breakfast

8.08.0 out of 10 Very good
The city and location.
Could be better: Dark entrance and hallway. Bathroom doors could not close.

7.07.0 out of 10 It was fine.
The location is amazing. Its very spacious, even the bathroom is very big.
Could be better: It wasn’t as clean as I expected. The towels had satins, even after changing two of the towels, one of them again had stains. There was some hair in the bathroom which wasn’t ours. Another thing I didn’t like is that in booking, the check- in time was 15:00, but after booking it turned out to be 16:00 o’clock. I had to ask a lot of times…

I had to ask a lot of times for early check-in at 15:00, but right until the end, they were saying they can’t give me information. The room was ready at 15:45.

7.07.0 out of 10 Good location and value but has bathroom issues
Location is good, in the heart of Bari's old city, right next to many attractions and amazing restaurants. Check in is easy and requires no contact with the staff. Air conditioning worked well even though it was 35° out. Bed is big and comfortable. Staff responds quick and is attentive. Overall a good price for what it offers.
Could be better: The drain in the shower was clogged which caused the bathroom to be flooded when we showered. We signaled the issue to the staff and they were quick to respond, but since it was a Friday night they couldn't get someone to fix it until Saturday afternoon. Luckily there is a bathtub in the room which we used to "shower". The water pressure is…

The water pressure is really low, if you have long hair it's impossible to wash it well after a day in the beach. Checkin is extremely late (16h), even though it was marked 15h in the reservation, and they are not able to arrange a place to leave luggage before checkin or after checkout.

7.07.0 out of 10 Good
Very good location.
Could be better: Not really comfortable bed. There were only 1 teacup and 1 coffee mug, we missed 2 glasses.
