The accomodation was perfect - clean, spacy, with all needed equipment for family stay. Quiet neibourhoood. Located very near to the train station Bari Centrale and Lidl store.
Could be better: The only negative feature was the fact that the host was asking for pre-payment of city tax online, a day before our arrival. It was not stated upfront anywhere, and only beacause I approached him for studio check-in details and keys, he wanted me to pay the tax via IBAN/Paypall. Could be better: The only negative feature was the fact that the host was asking for pre-payment of city tax online, a day before our arrival. It was not stated upfront anywhere, and only beacause I approached him for studio check-in details and keys, he wanted me to pay the tax via IBAN/Paypall. Very unpleasant, since it was the day before arrival and we were already travelling and this was not convinient at all. Not to mention he wanted double of what Booking have calculated as city tax. We paid as this was the only way to obtain the key PIN.

The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. Not too far from Bari Centrale. Good and quick contact with host.
Could be better: The property did not keep the agreed check-in time despite confirming my request on Booking.com. The property had a problem with the power going off after turning on the kettle to boil water. We received instructions on where to find the fuses after contacting the host. Unfortunately, the wine glasses were plastic, which spoiled the image of the kitchen equipment.

We stayed for one night, and the location was excellent for us, being close to the train station. It is a spacious apartment with AC.
Could be better: 1. I received the information for check-in late. 2. A balcony door was broken and wouldn't close.

Plenty of space
Could be better: Some amenities were not provided or in poor condition, especially in the kitchen. For example, we had not brewed or drunk morning coffee because we could not find ground coffee and the provided moka pot was very old, not clean and full of stain inside.

The apartment was very spacious,with comfortable double beds and a large sofa bed in the living room.15 minutes walk from the central station,not far from the city centre
Could be better: The shower drain didn’t work promptly and we had to close the tap so it wouldn’t overflow. The communication with the host was not always consistent.
