Close to the train station, you can reach all small cities around. A city beach is around the corner. The owner is very supportive. You can enjoy exellent italian breakfasts.

The room - bedroom was clean overall. The distance to the beach was excellent — no complaints about the location (next to the beach). The check in was easy to do.
Could be better: The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower drain was clogged, so the water would not drain well. During our one-week stay, nobody came to clean the room or change the towels. We only received 2 towels instead of 4, and the small towels were missing. We also had to buy our own toilet paper, as we were only provided with half a roll.

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this property! The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the Macroni train station, from where you can easily visit beautiful cities like Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, and also go to the Bari Centrale station. There’s also a bus stop nearby, so getting around the city is super convenient. The old town is about a 30-minute walk away, which made for a nice stroll when we wanted to explore the historic center. The apartment itself was very clean, freshly decorated, and it was quiet at night. You can hear the occasional train, but they don’t pass very often, so it didn’t bother us at all. Also, the air conditioning was working great and we used it all the time. One of the highlights was the breakfast — included in the stay and served at the owner’s café just 3 minutes away. You can choose anything you like: sweet options like cornetto, savory choices like focaccia or toast, arancino, and any kind of coffee. It was a great way to start the day. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. She stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp and a translator app, always making sure we were comfortable. We stayed 10 nights, the apartment was cleaned once, which was perfect for us, and she regularly checked if we needed fresh towels. We also appreciated the discount she arranged for us at a fantastic nearby restaurant called Bahari. Overall, we felt very welcome and well taken care of — highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The host was really nice. The breakfast and coffee were amazing. The room was very spacious and nice.
Could be better: The only thing that bothered us was the fact that our room ( floor level ) had only one window, which was on the side of the street. This was a minor inconvenience as we could cover our window for the entire time. Also sometimes the host had to access the storage with cleaning supplies through our room.

There was practically no natural daylight coming into the apartment, making it feel dark and unpleasant. I feel that the description was dishonest and misleading. If I had known the actual conditions, I would never have booked this accommodation. **Overall, I feel completely deceived. The property was nothing like what was advertised!**
