  Nicely decorated, relatively spacious with new furnishings, TV in both rooms. Easy access to Bari Centrale train station, and ability for 24 hour check in.

The photo here to 'rate our stay' is not of our apartment. The 'apartment with view', which we stayed in, has only views of the internal stairwell. No natural light or ventilation.   Could be better: The description of the apartment did not match the reality. There are 2 apartments. 1 has a balcony, views and bath. The other does not. The photo here to 'rate our stay' is not of our apartment. The 'apartment with view', which we stayed in, has only views of the internal stairwell. No natural light or ventilation. No balcony access. Despite being called Bubbles and Relax, has no bath. The shower room had a significant issue with it's drains/sewage system. The whole apartment smelled vile, to the point of making us feel physically unwell. We reported this, and plumber came out, resolved for a couple of days and smell came back. This appears to be a long standing issue as is included in the FAQ section of the app. The inaccurate description of the apartment, means people will inevitably be disappointed. I would not recommend it.

  We had a great stay and were very happy with the apartment. The location is excellent — around a 10–15 minute walk from Bari Old Town, through pleasant streets and a nice, quiet neighbourhood. The aparatament is new and very clean and cozy. Having a café, a restaurant and a supermarket right below the apartment is a huge plus. The apartment itself is new, modern, comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were always available whenever we needed anything, responded very quickly and were happy to assist. The app used for the stay is very convenient, and the self check-in and unlocking system is extremely easy to use. We had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend the apartment. Thank you for having us!

  Could be better: Just a few recommendations that could make an already very nice apartment even better: mosquito screens on the windows would be wonderful, especially for guests who prefer sleeping with the windows open.   Could be better: Just a few recommendations that could make an already very nice apartment even better: mosquito screens on the windows would be wonderful, especially for guests who prefer sleeping with the windows open. A coffee machine would also be a great addition. The only thing I found unusual was the security deposit policy. In all my previous travels, I have never had to pay a non-refundable amount as an alternative to having approximately €500 blocked on my credit card during the stay. I personally found both options rather inconvenient, particularly the fact that the smaller deposit is non-refundable regardless of leaving the apartment in perfect condition. This did not affect our overall positive experience with the apartment or the hosts, but I think it is something future guests should be aware of.
