It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was close to the train station so it was easy to get there with luggage.
Could be better: Check-in is after 17. Before we got there, we got a message saying our documents are not confirmed, so we were not even sure if we are going to have the place (this is after we have paid both the property rent and the tourist tax). Before we got there, we got a message saying our documents are not confirmed, so we were not even sure if we are going to have the place (this is after we have paid both the property rent and the tourist tax). Place is absolutely soulless, and the stay is transactional. You go in this huge building where there are many apartments for rent, and in your apartment there are multiple rooms for rent. The room is absolutely minimal effort - there is a bed, a sofa, a cheap coffee machine, and a bath. There is no feeling of being a guest whatsoever - it’s a room in an empty motel. There were some things missing such as soap, or broken - such as the toilet brush, which added more to the feeling that this is just a cash machine rather than a welcoming home. The place is close to the train station, which is both good and bad - there is a lot of sketchy people right at the entrance, especially at night. There was some fights and screaming right beneath our window at around midnight.

this was one of the most horrendous experiences I have had with booking.com and a facility. Not only was this location at the end of a dark and deserted alley. The only communication I had with the property was through WhatsApp with AI. It was an extremely complicated registration process with very little or no information about the property or its location what I found was a locked up building with no person present. It wasn’t until late in the evening that it even got any information as to how to access the room I was to go to the building and press a button on the outside exterior to open the door and then was given several codes to use to enter the room. There was no physical person on the property. This was a very scary situation which I was not confident in, therefore, would not stay at this property and went to another hotel at my expense.
Could be better: It would’ve been better if you had vetted this property having to deal with an unknown person on a WhatsApp to access a room is unreasonable

Could be better: Siempre hablas con un bot. No hay quien te resuelva. Lo bueno de este lugar es ubicacion y que tiene agua caliente y aire acondicionado. Solo habían 2 toallas y solicité para manos y una extra para salida de baño y no fue posible al igual que papel higiénico. No resolvieron nunca el tema del Internet que al parecer es recurrente. Si vienes, si o si debes tener Internet porque el acceso te lo dan con una llave virtual. La cama y la almohada son super blanditas.

Lo elegimos por la ubicacion muy cercana a la estacion ya que estabamos de paso. Ademas cerca a pie del centro y casco histórico
