The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, cozy, and clean. Our host, Roberto, was very kind, always available, and ready to help with everything. There is a pizzeria nearby that makes wonderful pizzas, as well as cafes and a supermarket. The Old Town and the promenade are within easy walking distance. Also, just a few minutes' walk away, there is a large paid parking lot, Saba Guadagni (€20 if you stay for more than 12 hours, or €2 per hour for shorter periods), which you can use if you are traveling by car.

Was spacious and very clean. It was close and within walking distance to many of the places we were interested in seeing.Was perfect for our stay. We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment, which was very well located - just a short walk from Bari Centrale and within walking distance to everything. Roberto, the host, was amazing: he picked us up from the station when we arrived and helped with our luggage. On the day of our departure, since our flight was late in the evening, he kindly stored our bags after check-out and brought them to Bari Centrale right before we headed to the airport. The communication was excellent and everything was perfect. We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Bari!

Convenient location of the accommodation, you are within 10 minutes from the beach, old town, station, bars. The accommodation is on a raised ground floor and is for 3-4 people, or for a couple. There is everything you need for your stay. Although we only used the fridge and air conditioning.

We really liked the apartment. Just to highlight a few of it's benefits: Situated somehow between the public beach and old town. Apartment is quite big, having 2 bedrooms and one living room. I saw some people complain about the terrace. Indeed, during the day it was too hot to be used, but for us it was perfect to have our coffee in the mornings. Very, very quite place. 2 years ago we stayed in Bari Vecchia and there is no comparison. Roberto was a pleasant host. He gave us a ride from the train station and also provided us with valuable information regarding nearby attractions. AC is in the living, but to be honest for us it was more then enough. +1 for the bathroom. It is big and spacious. Enjoyed the coffee provided by the host.
Could be better: Checkout can be moved a bit later then 09:00 (even though I have to specify that we had the option to leave the luggage at the apartment 30 minutes before the new guests would arrive). I think that the checkin time can be moved a bit later then 12:00, so that the previous guests have enough time to enjoy the coffee the last morning in the apartment. :)

I really liked the location of the apartment. It was super comfortable to reach everything, the beach, the city center or the train station. The apartment is a nice mixture of old and modern, has almost everything you need for a short / medium stay. The owner is really nice and helpful. We would definitely come back to Bari and would love to stay in the same apartment.

The apartment is big and comfortable. The host is very helpful and nice, helps us a lot with everything we need. All necessary kitchen utensils were there. For us very important was quiet inside, because it is not next to a street, so no car noises. The location was perfect, close to everything. We will definitely come back.
