10.010.0 out of 10 We will stay here again when we return to Bari.
1) Proximity to Bari Centrale Train Station. Just 3-5 min walk. 2) Next a good-size supermarket Lidl 3) Nice and brightly-lit Entrance Area on ground floor 4) Responsive Owner 5) Clean 6) 2 lifts 7) Veranda 8) Can cook, wash do laundry 9) Spacious 10) Near a cafe but we didn’t try 11) Nearest McDonalds about 10-min walk
Could be better: Only 2, 1)hope there were more chairs. 4 will be ideal. Difficult to shift the 2 chairs at verandah to dining area. 2)wish there was a fridge.

10.010.0 out of 10 Good value for money
Next to railway station, 2 supermarkets in 2 min walks, balcony, good isolation, no noise.
Could be better: The mattress is too soft.

10.010.0 out of 10 Exceptional
Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean, it was easy to access, and the owners were exceptionally kind. But the biggest impression was the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. The location was also excellent, close to the city center.
Could be better: The only downside, which has nothing to do with the owners or the apartment itself, was that there was a bit more traffic noise during the day.

8.08.0 out of 10 Clean, cozy, and perfectly located
Location was perfect, the apartment was also very comfortable and clean
Could be better: Everything was great, but the frying pan really needs replacing as it's old and worn out. We ended up skipping cooking because of it.

Could be better: Not property’s fault but other apartment I think below was noisy at times .. morning and night . Would stay again

8.08.0 out of 10 Very good
Close to central station. Lidl at the base of the building. Clean place and good facilities.
Could be better: The hot water wasn’t present at some times at all; you just had to be lucky to have hot water because I think it was shared between the apartments, and maybe other people used it, so there wasn’t enough hot water for everyone else. The room is heated by an AC, which does the job but will take longer to heat the room.
