Central location, very helpful staff, view from the 5th floor, smart TV. Elevator. Very clean!
Could be better: Breakfast had all the elements, but the offerings and serving size of some items felt like the food was being rationed. One can easily hear people talking through the walls/doors; no soundproofing so bring ear plugs.

The location was amazing and unique, our room overlooked the site of the Temple of Jupiter in the center of Diocletians 3rd century palace. Wow!

Excellent location close to restaurants, old town and sights. Room was more than adequate for our visit; spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very nice, and included a spa tub. Breakfast was simple continental with choice of croissant, toast, crostata, focaccia, yogurt, juice, variety of coffees. Tea, coffee, biscotti available anytime.

The staff was exceptional! Super friendly and the allowed us to store our luggage for extra time. The location was excellent! Close to old town Bari and to nearby shopping.
Could be better: Check-in was a little challenging as we were ringing the buzzer at one of the buildings and no one answered, so we found the second building across the street. We were able to find someone to let us into our suite which was located in the first building. We were a little tired, and it was very hot outside, so this was not a super smooth start, but the staff really stepped up and made our stay fantastic!

Great communication from Michele who waited for us to arrive on our delayed flight at midnight. He also organised a shuttle service for €35 from the airport which helped enormously. The room within the apartment was a good size , very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in the communal area and decent with a choice of cheese, ham, yogurt, fruit, toast…

The lady serving was lovely too and also did the housekeeping. She kept our bags for us too until later in the day. Not too far to walk to both the old town in one direction and the railway station in the other. Would definitely stay again if back in Bari
