The accommodation was clean and the center was within walking distance.
Could be better: Contact with the staff was only via Whatsapp. There was no air conditioning in the room. There was no cold water and the hot water was very hot. The breakfast was quite poor, which I would not expect from a B&B.

6.06.0 out of 10 We had a good time despite all the bad things:)
First of all, I would like to point out that when we arrived, the room was spotlessly clean, and the lady who rents the place answered our call very quickly. All the instructions were clear, so we had no trouble getting in. On the plus side, there was a small kitchen area which was not shown in the pictures, but it turned out to be very useful, so that’s a definite point in favor.
Could be better: BUT — unfortunately, the location is quite far from both the beach and the old town. The funniest (and most disappointing) part was the “breakfast” which we paid extra for: it was just a small basket with a couple of croissants, some jam, and two coffee capsules. That’s it. (See a photo below) The cleaning lady’s only job seemed to be to…

The funniest (and most disappointing) part was the “breakfast” which we paid extra for: it was just a small basket with a couple of croissants, some jam, and two coffee capsules. That’s it. (See a photo below) The cleaning lady’s only job seemed to be to empty the trash bin and restock this “breakfast basket.” She did not clean our room even once during our seven-day stay, nor did she change our bedsheets. Naturally, as we went to the beach every day, the room became full of sand. Also, she doesn’t speak English nor Italian, so good luck! We also ran out of toilet paper by day two, and it was never replenished. There’s no proper space to hang your towels — there is only a small terrace with some lines outside, but no clothespins (just one lonely pin), so on the second day, the wind blew our towel away. Also, THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER, which was quite uncomfortable.

Good location; Large room; Good mattress and bedding; balcony
Could be better: Reception and getting the key was complicated and frustrating. There was no hot water when we arrived and we could not take a shower after having travelled for over 24hrs. It took the rest of the day before it was fixed. Breakfast "was included", however, it is not real breakfast, just a few crackers, 2 coffee pods and awful croissants in a plastic wrapper. They do not clearly state that the kitchen is common with other rooms in the apartment. Kitchen equipment is the absolute minimum; no corkscrew ... in Italy??!!

5.05.0 out of 10 The room was fine, but as a property managed by host, this causes inconveniences and frustration
It's clean and the rooms look just like on the pictures.
Could be better: It's an apartment turned to Bed and "Breakfast". There isn't a reception or someone available to talk to outside of the check-in hours. I messaged them here via the Booking platform and later tried to call them if I can leave my stuff and then return in the afternoon for the check-in. Could be better: It's an apartment turned to Bed and "Breakfast". There isn't a reception or someone available to talk to outside of the check-in hours. I messaged them here via the Booking platform and later tried to call them if I can leave my stuff and then return in the afternoon for the check-in. Both the message and the phone call were completely ignored. No one send me any messages about how should we get in, as there wasn't supposed to be a person at the place. When finally my phone call was accepted in the evening, the lady made it clear how she is was not going to send me the information to let me in before I send her all the full information from my ID and this conversation happened outside the building on the noisy street, so it was kind of hard for me to make up. Apparently everything had to be completed via WhatsApp chat and then I kept receiving there the message from her how I am supposed to leave the tourist taxes in the room and because that didn't happen the same day, she kept resending me the same message just in case I forget maybe. If people consider booking it, because it includes breakfast, they should think twice. It's not the breakfast buffet we are used to in hotels. The pictures of the rooms are accurate, however the other pictures absolutely not. Pictures with croissant and cappuccino shouldn't be here. I'll post the picture of what was supposed to be breakfast, if it's not here when you read this probably Booking or the host didn't approve it, but why would they... We didn't touch that "breakfast" and I doubt anyone would when you are in Italy and every café offers freshly baked croissants from the same day.
