9.09.0 out of 10 A spacious, well-located property with exceptional staff.
The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were exceptional: prompt, helpful and welcoming. We also loved the complimentary water and snacks. The property was very spacious.
Could be better: Nothing in particular — we had a lovely stay.

10.010.0 out of 10 Beautifully designed, large apartment in the center of Bari, really close to the old town!
The apartment was very large, bright, clean and beautifully designed. The kitchen and the bathroom have everything you need. The location is perfect. The host is very reactive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
Could be better: Nothing. We wish we had more than a night here!

10.010.0 out of 10 This is the best apartment I could have found in Bari
The place is beautiful and newly renovated, huge apartment with two separate rooms and large shower. The staff are exceptional, they respond super quickly and were always communicative and helpful, at all times. Location was good, walking distance to everything in the old city, many bus stations around that can take you to Bari Centrale, and the street was very quiet.
Could be better: The AC in the bedroom is slightly weak, and is weaker compared to the one in the living room. We were there during a heat wave and it got a bit hot at night.

10.010.0 out of 10 Exceptional
Everything was great. Location, historical palace. Comfortable bed.
Could be better: The online check in process was quite complex, and time consuming. I did a lot of properties during my europen trip this summer and this one was the hardest and most complicated to do.

Good positioning, really nice apartment and very clean.
Could be better: Would be a great idea to add a portable AC. It gets too hot sometimes.

Could be better: The outside patio is overlooked but wasn't an issue for us.
