Palazzo Le Giare - Luxury Apartments

10.010.0 out of 10 The location is central, clean, and easily accessible.

The location is extremely central, close to the city center and Bari train station. It is very clean, and the digital key app is easy to use.

9.09.0 out of 10 I would stay again

Good location Comfortable and clean Super mattress and cushions

Could be better: Initial check in and access a little complicated. Need to download an App. The system seemed to have a glitch, took a while to function. Concierge assisted and helped .

10.010.0 out of 10 Modern, comfortable and conveniently located—a great stay overall!

Nothing significant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property.

Could be better: The only issue we experienced was with the key to the main entrance downstairs. Sometimes it took quite a while to get the door to open, which made us feel a little uneasy, especially when returning at night. The piazza outside could also feel a bit uncomfortable late at night, so having quicker and more reliable access to the building would definitely improve the sense of security.

9.09.0 out of 10 Truly a luxury apartment in the Centre of Bari. Well worth it

The location was great. Just a 10-minute walk to the centre of Bari Vecchia (old town) through a large pedestrianized shopping area. The apartment building is by a main square in Bari (Umberto 1 Square), surrounded by shops, supernarkets, convenience stores, a laundry, and restaurants/fast food outlets with great variety. The apartment was large, spacious, and modern with all conveniences. It deserves the title of "luxury apartment". The building had a lift. Everything worked well (AC, stove, kettle, coffee maker, etc.). Street parking is available at €2 per hour from 08:30 to 20:00. We used Bari as a base, so we only spent €6 per day. We were lucky to get a spot right in the front of the apartment building every day, but there is more parking on the streets around. The managers of the apartment sent us a virtual key, which worked perfectly using our phones. We had made a mistake with our dates when we booked, and the managers changed the dates to the correct dates, at no extra charge, very quickly and professionally. We really appreciated that

Could be better: There were a few items that seem to have been taken from the apartment by previous guests, like plates and cutlery, which were not replaced. There was also an issue with the door to the shower enclosure (a part was missing), which apparently was not reported by the housekeeping staff to the managers. But these minor issues did not bother us, and the apartment was well worth it

9.09.0 out of 10 Excellent!

Excellent location for easy access to the train station and the old town. Very clean, secure and modern apartment. Excellent facilities with a beautiful bathroom and very comfy bed. Good communication with the owners. Would recommend.

Could be better: We could hear some noise coming from the people staying in the apartment above us. .
