We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The location is fantastic, and considering the amenities provided, we found it to be very good value for money. The room was modern, beautifully designed and had everything we needed, including a sauna and jacuzzi. We stayed for two nights and unfortunately, on our second night, we had an issue with the hot water, which affected both the shower and the jacuzzi. We contacted the owner, and he immediately arranged for someone to come and try to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it could not be resolved at the time, but the owner was extremely kind, understanding and helpful throughout the situation. He also offered to refund us for one night, which we really appreciated. Despite the unexpected issue, we were very happy with our overall experience. The owner was a lovely and accommodating host, and his way of handling the situation made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Location was perfect! Woke up and be right in the heart of Bari but without all the noise.
Could be better: Property has all the necessary amenities. And the extra touches with the skincare samples was superb.

Private room straight off little old town pathway, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. Bed and pillows comfy.
Could be better: Air con kept turning off in the night, kept waking up to turn back on. Smell of dampness, unfortunately the Turkish Steam Room was unavailable for use.

Location was excellent, the host is very nice guy who gave us lots of help and info on places to go. Spa area is nice too.
Could be better: No window or natural light, apart from door. Felt too claustrophobic at times as its dark inside.

Could be better: I specifically booked this place, spending much more than I would do normally, because it came with turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi. The only one that I was able to use really was the sauna, which was wonderful, so made up for the other shortcomings. The jacuzzi didn't seem to work properly - I had to press the button every 20 seconds or so to keep it going, so gave up and got out as it wasn't relaxing. The turkish bath was where the biggest problem lay though. When I opened the door a disgusting smell of sweat came out. I almost retched. It smelled like an old gym. I didn't use the turkish bath as a result, but realised it was also my shower, so I was forced to in the end, and did so quickly and holding my breath. It needs proper cleaning in between stays. There were also hairs in the jacuzzi, so though it looked clean I suspect it was done quickly and a bit superficially.
