Service was incredibly nice and helpful :) apartment is located in quiet part of Old Town, close to the train station and small restaurants with delicious food and shops. Apartment was very well equipped, very tidy and cosy. We will come back for sure :)

The owner was lovely and communicated with us. The bed and bedding were really good and everything was so clean. It was well situated for the ferry dock and fairly close to where the airport bus stops. Quaint building nearby to a good breakfast stop.
Could be better: It couldn't be helped but the room was tiny and the only window looked out onto another family's back porch. We had to keep the window closed when they were there. I believe the other rooms may have been better than ours.

The location is very central. Easy to get to and from the secured garage (15 minute walk). The room was just right for our needs. Clean. Easy instructions available inside the room and common area. Great communications with person responsible for the rooms/reservations.
Could be better: The stairs are tight, specially when handling bags. The light kept turning off before one reached the landings (up and down). Would not recommend for individuals with a physical impairment. No lift (elevator).

Could be better: It was difficult to find a place to park the car and unload our luggage. The host provided information about paid parking spaces at an address where, in reality, parking was reserved exclusively for residents. He failed to mention a large, paid parking area located nearby. The stairs leading to the apartments are very narrow and steep…

He failed to mention a large, paid parking area located nearby. The stairs leading to the apartments are very narrow and steep, making it extremely difficult to carry up heavy suitcases. The doorways are very low, so anyone of average height must be careful not to hit their head on the lintel.
