Michi's Place was spacious, loved that it had an outdoor area. Sun in the morning on one side of the apartment and afternoon sun on the opposite side. Loved that we could use the front loading washing machine. Didn't use the dryer option, we hung them out to dry. Great location to cafe, restaurants, Co-op and bottle shop. Short walk to all tourist sites, old city and shopping mall.
Could be better: The apartment could do with a "spring clean". Repeated quick cleans don't make up for a thorough clean. The mat under the coffee table needs replacing, it is disintergrating, Either leave fresh water in bottle in the fridge or leave the bottle empty. The bottom of the bottle was suspect. Water pressure was very low, but maybe that is…

Could be better: The apartment could do with a "spring clean". Repeated quick cleans don't make up for a thorough clean. The mat under the coffee table needs replacing, it is disintergrating, Either leave fresh water in bottle in the fridge or leave the bottle empty. The bottom of the bottle was suspect. Water pressure was very low, but maybe that is how it is. The trio of rubbish bins could do with a good wash. The food crumbs around the dining table glass should be removed. The oven should be cleaned. The toaster is troublesome to use. Needs to be upgraded. Instructions on how to use the washer/dryer and the oven would be helpful.

The self-check-in and check-out were convenient. The flat is clean and well-equipped, and the terrace was cool and provided a safe space for the kids to play. The flat is a walking distance of everywhere, the old town (10 -15 minutes), the beach, the commercial streets (5 minutes) and all supermarkets. The host left a bottle of cold water for us in the fridge, as it was a hot day when we arrived, something we appreciated so much.

The apartment is in a great location with quick and easy access to the main attractions in Bari. It is spacious, relatively cozy, and has everything needed for a short stay. We also really enjoyed the nice terrace, the good internet connection, and the fact that the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and sent us all the necessary information before our arrival, as well as a short list of recommended places and restaurants to visit in Bari. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The towels and bed linen did not smell freshly cleaned and had a slightly unpleasant stale odor. The bathroom could also use some maintenance — there is already some mold, the shower splashes water outside the shower area, and the toilet seat was loose and moved uncomfortably. Despite these small issues, our overall impression was positive and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is great, size of the apartment is great for a couple or family with 1 kid, the terrace is perfect, safe and huge for chilling.
Could be better: Bathroom needs a little bit of fixing up (shower door is missing and it sprays all over the bathroom) and better cleaning of the shower.

Could be better: Teapot is too old. It is forbidden to leave bicycles at the entrance, and there is a notice stating this. However, if you do leave a bicycle there, even if it is a rental, your tires will be punctured.

We really enjoyed our stay in Michi's Home - Attico in Centro, which is really right in the city center and the heart of Bari. It was super clean, comfortable, and exactly like in the photos. The apartment had everything we needed and felt very easy to live in and to feel like home. The location was perfect — restaurants, shops, the old town - Bari Vecchia, and the seaside were all within walking distance. The host was very kind and quick to respond, providing us with local tips for even better stay and experience in Bari. The check-in and check-out were simple and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Bari.
