Exceptional. Location of apartment is excellent. The area is safe. It's very close to the train station (5 minutes) and 10 minutes walking from old city center. There are plenty of places to eat, supermarkets and a fármacy near by. The building has elevator to the apartment after climbing 6 steps. The apartment is very quiet at night. Nice decorations and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was great. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, water warmer, laundry machine and a dryer, and there were water bottles in the fridge, coffee and tea pots. The bathroom and kitchen are very small but functional. Communication with the host was great and all check-in instructions were clear. Highly recommended for traveling by train.

10.010.0 out of 10 This apartment has everything
We were staying just one night before our train to Rome. Great location, five minute walk to the station and located on a major pedestrian thoroughfare in the new city. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was great. Two bonuses that I didn't expect (or missed in the description)-a clothes dryer and an elevator! Communication with the owner was great and all check-in instructions were clear. Highly recommend.

Location of apartment is excellent. It's very close to the train station and appx 10 minutes walking from old city center. Walk is very nice, via small park and street full of designer shops and cafés. It's nicely furbished, clean with comfy bed and AC. (Hairdryer, washing machine, drying machina, coffeemaker, toaster etc...) host was very kind and supportive. I highly recommend this apartment, if you want to travel by train and be close to the city center.
Could be better: The only issue which we had was not fully ready bed in bedroom. ( We're used to sleep under the duvet or quilt not only blanket in spring) For kids it was prepared properly, however for us I had to do it myself. But have to say - host was very kind and supportive and tried to sort things out asap. And keep in mind that view is nothing…

But have to say - host was very kind and supportive and tried to sort things out asap. And keep in mind that view is nothing special (good to know if it's important for you), however if you want to just rest in nice apartment which is greatly furnished and fantastically located - this is just a small detail.

9.09.0 out of 10 Very central
Very central, right on the shopping street, self check in, comfortable beds, even the sofa. For 1 night ok
Could be better: The bathroom really small, we were 4, just for one night, and if you sleep in the bedroom, have to pass by the living room to reach the bathroom, for us it was not a problem, just to notice

Location
Could be better: The host was not supportive. Very official, not helpful. He refused early checkin to our family with a lot of luggage, with NO "I'm sorry, the apartment is busy, we have to clean it.", etc, just a "No, the rule is to check in after 14:00". Besides, we agreed to meet at 14:00 near the building entrance for checkin, and we've been waiting…

He refused early checkin to our family with a lot of luggage, with NO "I'm sorry, the apartment is busy, we have to clean it.", etc, just a "No, the rule is to check in after 14:00". Besides, we agreed to meet at 14:00 near the building entrance for checkin, and we've been waiting for him for a long time with a small baby and the luggage, until I contacted him to check where he is and why he is late, and it turned out that he even didn't need to come, he just had to send me a message with entrance instructions, which he hadn't done timely, and made us wait outdoor for so long unnecessarily. The apartment had very inconvenient kitchen and two washing machines, both turned on with some staff when we came in. And they didn't finish for so long (something was broken maybe), I had to turn them off to avoid the endless noise there was from those machines.
