The apartment is simply stunning, comfortable bed, air conditioning, washing machine, a great view from the balcony directly to the sea. Everything you want for a holiday. The owner is very nice, she always checked if everything is ok for us and helped us with some local tours of the city and the other surroundings. We have the best vacation at Mariantomare! We highly recommend.

Location, close by the sea and the city. View from Balcony. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Small kitchen with all what you need. A refrigerator and washing machine. Nice living room. Simple but all what you need for your holiday.
Could be better: I can not say I disliked anything. If I have to say something I would say the stairs. It's on the 3th floor without a lift. But it's a good exercise :-)

* Its location was perfect, just a 10-minute from the charming old town and also conveniently close to the beautiful Pomodoro beach. * The flat was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay ( except the iron , but maybe we should could not find it ) * Maria - the owner is nice and open * Maria made is possible to check in 1,5 hours earlier
Could be better: * Lack of advance notice regarding the need to print out scans of ID documents; although Maria agreed to print them, it would have been better if guests were informed beforehand. * Owner forgetting to provide a receipt for taxes upon the check in ,necessitating constant messaging and updates about the whereabouts, which felt inconvenient…

Even though Maria was trying to be flexible * The boiler was very loud, which was a bit disruptive. * The bed wasn’t very comfortable for me due to back problems, although this is likely a personal issue rather than something the property could have easily addressed.

Amazing view from the balcony, and the apartment itself has such authentic charm - it truly makes you feel like a local in Bari. Maria added so many thoughtful personal touches that made the whole place feel warm, cozy, and like a home away from home :)) the beach is a pleasant 15 min walk along the sea. Great location!
Could be better: Be aware there is no lift in the building, but it is great daily exercise 💪

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szállás minden szempontból rendben volt, Mária pedig rendkívül kedves és segítőkész házigazda. Jó lokalizáció, mindenhez közel: óváros és a strand is 10 perc gyalog, vasútállomás 15 perc gyalog. 500 méteren belül van pékség, pizzéria, kávézó és szupermarket is. Szívesen ajánljuk a szállást! Máskor is visszamennénk. Jár a 10 pont!

Egyetlen észrevételünk a kaució visszafizetésével kapcsolatos: a vállalt 14 napon belül nem érkezett meg, csak külön jelzésünket követően, de akkor szinte egyből. A very nice accommodation with charming details. It is in an excellent location and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the balcony with a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, to the washing machine — everything was perfect. A huge plus are the umbrellas available for guests to use. The kind host Marija was very helpful and kindly allowed us to check in earlier. Bari is a wonderful city, with amazing food, beautiful beaches, and very friendly people. If our journey brings us back to Bari, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.
