Could be better: The balcony door did not open and the staff couldn't fix it. It was quite annoying as we were unable to get fresh air.

It's well located, 10 min walking distance to Bari vecchia in a silent part of the city center. Shops and coffe bars are 5 minutes walking distance, as well as any other shop, pharmacy etc etc. Ok for one night as a stop over, it's a basic place although clean and spacious.

Could be better: There is only the main very bright neon light available in the bedroom, it would be nice to have 2 smaller bed lights for reading in bed. A small bottle of water per guest would also be a nice touch.

The owner was very nice and welcoming, the place is near the central railway station and near all the bus stops you need to explore Puglia

Could be better: There were ants in the room. The people who rented the room next to ours were very loud the last night of our stay, at 1 am and we couldn't sleep well before our flight

It was easy to communicate with the staff about our arrival, and they guided us to the accomodation. We stayed in the room with the extra bed and balcony because we had much stuff with us. Ac is ok, fidge comes with a freezer and its massive. The room was clean.

Could be better: There is an owen also some cutlery but no sink. Also there is no chair and desk for work or meals. Drain in the shower was clogged. No shower gel or soap.

The accommodation itself was very good, close to the train station, and I have nothing bad to say about it. However, the person managing the property should honestly be fired. When we arrived, he would not respond to normal messages, neither on Booking nor on WhatsApp. He only answered if you called him directly, and that was the only way to get access to the property. After checking in, I noticed there was no hairdryer, even though it was mentioned in the description, and there was also no Wi-Fi password. He told me he would send me the Wi-Fi password, but after the call ended, he never sent anything. I messaged him asking again for both the password and the hairdryer, but received no reply. The next morning at 8:30 AM, I called him again. He told me I would have the hairdryer by 10:00 AM. I returned to the accommodation at 7:00 PM and had to call him once more because he simply does not reply to messages. I told him that no hairdryer had been delivered and I still did not have the internet password. He apologized and said he would send someone. To be fair, someone did arrive within 10 minutes. But this level of communication is simply not acceptable.
