Fab location and very well kept and stunning room, everything we needed, loved the access to the place the lift was awesome.
Could be better: I did get bit a few times by mosquitoes and we had a few in the room which not had before in Bari so I would say supply some deet plugs as I killled a few

10.010.0 out of 10 A beautiful boutique hotel in a fancy location for a good price
It’s an amazing quality for money. I highly recommend it and would stay again. The room is clean, modern, stylish and well designed. It has a beautiful view and great location. We like that there was drinking water. Communication was smooth and fast. The building and entrance is pretty. The area around is really posh. I also liked digital reception, room opening etc.
Could be better: Only minor things to improve - adding iron to the room would be nice. Also the water was draining very slowly when I was showering.

9.09.0 out of 10 A lovely stay, albeit brief.
The location was spot on for a one night stay due to flight redirection. Easy access to the old town, restaurants and the port. We loved the how they'd converted the building to accommodate hotel rooms whilst retaining some of the traditional features such as the old-style lift.
Could be better: Nothing really, although checking in for someone who isn't tech savvy would be a problem as everything is operated by your smart phone (all door openings).

1.01.0 out of 10 Disappointing
Could be better: The property has no luggage storage, and the only solution they offer is the external Bounce service. This is not made clear when booking and is extremely inconvenient for a one-night stay. The staff didn’t listen to my concern and simply repeated that I should use Bounce. For the price, the service and overall experience are simply not worth it. I wouldn’t stay at any of their properties again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
