Good amenties, very close to the train station from where it is easy to visit surrounding areas of Bari.

The high beautiful ceilings and lovely architecture. We used the balcony that was in the sun most of the day. Looking at the trains was interesting. It was on the 1st floor so no problem with a suitcase.
Could be better: The hot water tank was quite small. But once aware of this, we never run out of hot water again.

Nice apartment with great character due to high decorated ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, interesting building and sunny balcony.
Could be better: Not a big problem for us but might impact others: very close to the train tracks and you can feel vibrations and hear the trains passing. But not during the night, either there are none or we were too tired 🙂 Some minor low-cost recommendations for the owners: - The kitchen sink does not have a syphon, and the smell from the drain is…

But not during the night, either there are none or we were too tired 🙂 Some minor low-cost recommendations for the owners: - The kitchen sink does not have a syphon, and the smell from the drain is coming through it, it is an easy fix to do it. - Install a shelf in the shower, there is no place to put the shampoo / shower gel. - Check the cleaning: we found some waste behind the bin, bathroom mirror was greasy and the stairs and loft in the bedroom were very dusty.

Krásné bydlení. Výtečná poloha u nádraží, kvalitní okna, vlaky nerušily. Zajímavá musela být i historie krásného domu/paláce. Celkové hodnocení 10.
Could be better: Ubytování je skvělé, zde jen pár poznámek k vylepšení. Bylo by dobré opravit stropní sprchu, stříká všude okolo. Také je rozbitý zásobník na sprchový gel ve sprše. Pánev nefunguje na indukci, chtělo by to vyměnit. A k dokonalosti chyběl malý stolek a židle na balkoně.

Increíble departamento de 1890, restaurado a nuevo. Con todo el equipamiento para hacer una estadía cómoda y práctica. A solo doscientos metros de la estación Central de trenes, hace que el alojamiento sea ideal para manejarse en trenes e ir otros pueblo, además de estar a escasos metros del las peatonales y centro histórico. La atención de Simona y su mamá fue excepcional, siempre atentas con mis necesidades. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a elegir este Loft.
