Our stay was short and we only used the apartment for overnight stays. The place is very nice, located on a convenient street, in a nice building. Our host was kind and responsive and made our stay comfortable. Thanks to him we visited a classic Italian restaurant with very tasty local food. I definitely recommend LAUS ANDREA DA BARI Luxury Design Apartment 1
Could be better: It's not up to the hosts, but there were quite a few mosquitoes at night in early June.

The location is excellent. The host is extremely kind and responsive. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness.

Good location close to old town but outside of the ZTL which is good. Vincenzo met us and was flexible when our arrival time changed. He also was helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport which arrived perfectly the building has an elevator which is great. Also good air conditioning and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. King size bed was comfortable one block off the main shopping street. We found street parking which is tough but there is a a garage close by. Download the EasyPark application on your phone and you can manage to pay and extend your parking easily.
Could be better: The street below is busy until about 11 pm but if you pull down the window louvers and use the air conditioning it is good and I am a sensitive sleeper

everything was good excepting the bed from bedroom which made creaking noises with every movement.
Could be better: bed from bedroom which made creaking noises with every movement. I couldn't sleep well due to this permanent noise.

Top location, near everything, shopping, central station, old town. The appartment is new so most things in it are top. The city is vibrant and a bit noisy so make sure to roll the blinds down, it makes everyithin quieter. Vincenzo was very accomodating and even came on a sunday when we had an electrical problem. He came within 15 minutes, top man! The main electical switch is outside the appartment on the staircase hidden in a white wooden box. Its not locked so you can fix the problem yourself it it happens to you.
Could be better: The bed in the main bedroom is new, but poorly designed, the legs on it are allready worn and it is squeaky. The sofa was very comfortable to sleep in it's stead.
