Nice simple room over 2 levels (watch your head as low ceiling on second level where the bed is). Armando was very helpful and even popped in to say hi and bring us warm foccaccia for breakfast before we left. Main central areas of city within 10 minutes.
Could be better: Noisy as it's located on ground level next to a busy road where honking is the default on all times of the day. A few snacks like croissants and jam were provided but not really breakfast.

We received a couple of things for breakfast , not much but it was a welcomed surprise. There were also a coffee machine with plenty of capsules as spare.
Could be better: Stairs to bedroom were a bit steep.

There is a bed on the upper floor, and a small sofa, a table with two chairs, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and coffee machine. Despite the fact that the accommodation does not offer breakfast, Armando (a very friendly and communicative host) filled the refrigerator with water, milk and juice, and in the kitchen there were also packed croissants, jam and Nutella. Armando also took care of parking.
Could be better: It's a shame, because the apartment is on the same level as the street - you enter it directly from the road. So you can't enjoy the small terrace in front of the entrance. There was a window on the top floor, but we didn't know how to open it, so we aired with the door half closed. This is just an observation, not really a problem.

Our host Armando was so helpful and went out of his way with thoughtfulness, leaving milk etc in fridge for when we arrived and snacks. He met us in the morning with fresh breakfast and even drove us to our bus stop.

This place was so cozy and cute, I felt instantly at home. The host was extremely helpful and very kind, bringing me food on arrival, and sticking the fridge with juice, water, and anything else required to make tea or coffee. It was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and 20 minutes walk to the main train terminal so it was very central. Absolutely loved the place, would stay again.

Cozy room in Central Bari. Very clean and modern. Great shower. Armando was a fantastic host. He made sure we were settled in (our train from Rome was late) and even met us for a coffee the next morning. Breakfast and coffee maker were a big plus.
Could be better: It was not a problem for us, but the bedroom area is in a loft area with fairly steep stairs.

The location is central and walking distance from the city and central railway station. The owner had coffee, milk, water and something small for breakfast waiting for us. Armando was wonderful and great host.

Location excellent for overnight stay. Apartment is compact and qwerky but the steep lander/stair to the bedroom will not suit everybody.
