• Excellent location in the heart of the historic centre, allowing guests to experience the local atmosphere • Original stone walls that add charm • Spacious room, comfortable for two people

No possibility to cook meals (a similar comment appears in a review from May 2024) • No kitchen sponge, paper towels, or rubbish bags (a similar comment appears in a review from June 2023) • No clothes/towels drying rack (similar comments appear in other reviews from September 2023 and September 2024) • No hooks in the bathroom for towels/clothes (similar comments appear in other reviews from September, October & May 2025, and April 2026) Suggestions for improvement: The negative comments have been quite consistent since 2023. It would be great if they could be addressed, as this would make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

Well decorated, host was available. The pictures are a lil bit confusing because it is separated and we didn’t recieved what we thought we booked but it was nice as well and bigger.

The location was perfect and super convenient. The room was beautiful and clean.
Could be better: One bad thing is that the ceiling was letting off dust. Another thing is that there wasnt a window so if you wanted to let air inside the room you had to keep the door open. I would also add some hangers near the shower.

Incredible location! Close to the old town and main historical attractions, seafront promenade for walks. A very convenient and comfortable room to stay in, everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail. There are clothes hangers, a large mirror, and a convenient hairdryer. Small and convenient kitchen. The apartments are close to all the main locations in the city. There are many locals living in the surrounding area, so if you want to fully immerse yourself in authentic Italy, this is the place for you.
Could be better: Motorcyclists ride past the apartments in the mornings and evenings, making too much noise. As we are tourists from Ukraine, we were frighten by these sounds, which resembled the buzzing of drones.

Could be better: No dislikes. Dust from ceiling falling on bed expected as it is ancient. So really not a problem as we wanted to stay in an ancient location

No instructions regarding how to use the air conditioning . No instructions where to put the rubbish on leaving except to say remove rubbish on leaving . No tea towel to dry plates cups etc. No information about WHERE to plug in the hairdryer !!! Not all the electric points are the same ! To my mind the electrics in the studio are very suspect ! Clear instructions how to reach the property would also have been useful as the old town is very difficult to navigate!

The bathroom was very small and narrow, the shower had mold, no towel racks at all, no toilet paper holder, it was in the drawer under the sink. No space for putting toiletries and shampoo. The coffee maker didn't work, there was a water kettle and when we tried to use it the power strip blew the fuse. We sent a message to the owner and this issue was taken care of up to a point, we received a new power strip but coffee maker still didn't work. Although the floor was clean, we found a large cockroach 🪳 in the room and had to kill it. We never met the owner or had any interaction with him or her. It would have been nice to find some information regarding restaurants in the area as well. Definitely will not recommend this place.
