Nicely renovated, clean appartman with new and comfortable furnishing in a great location. It is on the 6th floor, the elevator is quite funny, very old and very small.
Could be better: Since it was probably only completed before the season, there are still many things missing from it. When it will be fully equipped, it will be a fabulous place 🙂

Good location, good space, early checkin, ac in both rooms
Could be better: Towels and linen not clean, sheets dark and not ironed, looked also not fresh kitchen cabinet door broken so the thras was on display Had to travel in heat with language to cleaners house to get the keys and then get to the app, extremely uncomfortable

The apartment was in a perfect location, inside a beautiful historic building, with everything within walking distance. It felt a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The floors were beautiful, and the space was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great choice for exploring the city on foot!
Could be better: Overall, the apartment was nice and in a great location, but the elevator might not be for everyone. It's a small, historic lift that could feel uncomfortable if you're claustrophobic or nervous in tight spaces. Otherwise, be prepared for a high climb up the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s definitely something future guests should be aware of.

Really nice place, near the old town

10.010.0 out of 10 We spent a perfect one week holiday with our 3 years old toddler, everything was on the corner.
Location: few minutes walking from old town, lungomare, restaurants and bars, focacceria, playground. Also walking distance is pane & Pomodoro beach. Private balcony with sea view.
Could be better: There was nothing like that, everything was as in description, so it is not a minus, however a washing machine would be a big help, or a microwave oven. Maybe more tovels.
