The property was very clean and in a good location. Although we didn't meet any staff, the owner was very helpful. We arrived before midnight but had smooth access to the flat comunicating via WhatsApp.
Could be better: The apartment looks more like an office rather than anything else. The bathroom was the most uncomfortable bathroom I've ever experienced in my travels. Very small, awkward shower and not toilet paper.

Central and very good location, functional space for 2-3 people and 2-3 days, close to shops and restaurants, friendly hosts
Could be better: Seemed bigger in pictures, very tiny bathroom and minimal kitchen appliances (small fridge, no oven).

The location is close to Bari Vecchia and close to all amenities. The station is about 1Km away. It was safe to walk even in the evening. The apartment is spacious and very clean.
Could be better: The bathroom is very small no room to move around. The shower as well quite small . Did not have anything to warm up things - Just a kettle.

Location, comfortable beds, good linen, clean. If you travel by car, be ready for a challenge with parking. We used an underground parking Garage Sella nearby. The host replied very promptly, but only in writing.
Could be better: Please be aware that kitchen is practically non-existent, however it has been honestly disclosed in the description. As everyone writes, the bathroom is really too small and quite uncomfortable. Maybe it could have been improved by re-planning.

The location is great! The access is easy due to the good guidance from the hosts. The bed is comfortable.
