We needed a basic and clean room for the night before our 6:30am flight out of Bari. So our expectations are for that. Plus being spotless, it also didn't have any musty or "old building smell". This place perfectly met our expectations. Plus, the shared kitchen and large fridge in the entry way made it easy to spend that night repacking properly for the plane (we had a bit of a shuffle of items between what can go in checked bags/carry on bags) and not having to spend time at a restaurant for dinner. The streets are narrow (one way, mostly). I could pull may car up right to the front door to unload luggage (at around 7pm, no traffic to block). But I did have to drive in and out of several streets before finding a parking spot about an 8 minute walk away (all spots are free in this area.) It is only a few km to the airport, so a very quick trip, door to door. I would definitely stay here again for one night if my flight is early. If my flight is in the afternoon, I would rather stay an extra night in (or very close to) Bari Centro Storico (the old part.)
Could be better: Note that the location is not charming, nor is it centrally located for sight seeing in old Bari. But it's great for the night before an early flight.

We only spent a few hours before catching an early flight to the airport. Ideal to go to the airport if your flight is mid-morning to early-evening.
Could be better: The B&B is in a quiet neighborhood. Not ideal for early morning transport to the airport; the train only starts heading out to the airport a bit later in the morning. The walk from the train to the B&B late at night was a bit scary as the streets were very empty and we had to walk under an underpass; I'm sure it was a safe place but having never been there before, I didn't know what to expect. All went fine, though.

Could be better: A lot of stairs for heavy suitcases was so tired did it find or notice the air con so room was hot this was my issue though not the apartment

A breakfast coupon was provided for a nearby cafe, although I wasn't able to take advantage of it due to how short my stay was. The room and bed were extremely comfortable, a/c, and self-check-in/out made it very easy. The rooftop area was lovely to get a breath of fresh air in the morning.
Could be better: I wasn't able to get an early check-in to drop off my luggage, but the check-in time is fairly early in the afternoon, so I was able to work it out.
