An older , well located. budget hotel. To the west is the old city, to the east, an uscale area with food and shopping, and south a seaside promenade. WiFi, check-in fine. Has front desk staff. Close to Castelo Argonese (free tours in Italiano) and a museum.
Could be better: For the price, all was good. Did not have breakfast, so no opinion.

The room was large and had a private bathroom. It's a 2 star hotel, for the price and location it was great. Bari has some of the best food. Try the signature spaghetti dish called "all'assassina". Devine!
Could be better: No coffee or breakfast options at the hotel, however there are lots of cafes nearby.

Very convenient location for people wanting to use trains or buses in or out of Bari. 15 minute walk to Old Bari with basilica etc. No breakfast available. My room was purpose-designed single and very comfortable.
Could be better: I had no complaints as breakfast was readily available at cafes nearby.

An old-style hotel in a convenient location for the main station. 24 hour reception and check in any time was fantastic when arriving late. Some good bars for breakfast nearby too. It's not super modern or super luxurious but it's fine for a short stay.
Could be better: The doors are very thin and noise carries up from the reception when the TV is on loud, but it's not a big deal.

A hotel in an old, but charming building. Furthermore, the staff makes this hotel; extremely friendly and helpful. Great location in the city center, especially for train travelers, because it is very close to the train station. Opposite the hotel there is a nice pasticceria for breakfast. The hotel offers good value for money as far as I am concerned.
Could be better: The shower was a bit small and dilapidated, needs some attention. All in all not a huge problem.

Location is convenient close to the train station and walking distance from the historic center (around 15 minutes), in the university district (lots of cafes/restaurants around). It's very basic and cheap compared to other options in Bari, which is quite expensive compared to nicer cities around (like Lecce).
Could be better: They tried to give me a windowless minuscule room (despite advertising a garden view on Booking), I eventually managed to get at least a window but the rooms are weirdly arranged (window is at the end of a sort of corridor so the room is very dark). The hotel is pretty ran down and decor is obsolete, but it's a basic cheap hotel. no breakfast but this was advertised on booking so it was clear. Cleanliness was average.
