The hotel was conveniently located and offered several amenities that were great after a long 24 hrs of travel.

The staff is super helpful, friendly and nice, above all Annette! The food at the restaurant was amazing and the service outstanding. The facilities are great for congresses. The room was clean and roomy. Excellent service, highly recommended! I also loved the free bicycle rides!

The room was very comfortable and the shower amazing too. The floor of the shower was the best I've experienced where you feel very grounded and safe from falling. Exceptional experience!! The black pencil with notepad were unique as well :))
Could be better: The only thing that I would change is the see through shower. Even though the glass is shaded, you can still see through on the other side from the room.

Everything was absolutely brilliant. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and was of excellent quality. We found the room very comfortable and spacious. The on-site covered car park was very convenient. It really was an excellent choice for our three-day stay in Bari.

Good and sufficient breakfast, fresh products and very tasty, we traveled with a 2 year child and the variety was good. Clean and nice environment for the breakfast. The room was nice and large, with a lot of utilities in the room, the only minor disadvantage is that the bathroom door is a sliding door without the possibility to lock the door and with a child the child can open easy the door and enter. The pool is clean and nice.

Beautiful, modern first class hotel located not far from the city center. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. Very nice pool and outdoor area, fresh large towels always available and a staff member always present to provide additional services such as drinks. My room was very comfortable, quiet, super clean and spacious. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the city center during certain hours of the day, a very convenient feature as I was there for leisure making the slightly out of the way location a non-issue for accessing the major sites in Bari and the central station for day trips to outlying towns. Basilico restaurant served delicious room service meals. Above all, a welcoming, kind and very attentive group of employees from every department: reception, breakfast, pool area, room service, housekeeping and shuttle. If my travel plans should ever bring me back to Bari, there's no question as to where I would choose to stay.

Great breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff and the shuttle into Bari was absolutely awesome. Clean pool and could grab towels whilst waited for room.
Could be better: Not so much a didn’t like, but worth knowing a little out of the centre of Bari. Not loads immediately around hotel, but there is a pizzeria opposite and cafe next door which was handy. The shuttle makes up for it-just know only limited seats so book your slot!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel shuttle to the city centre was a big bonus and the two drivers were very friendly and helpful. The pool was busy over the weekend period but free water was a bonus. Excellent breakfast!
Could be better: Location was a small negative but the shuttle and public bus was a positive.
