We stayed here for one night before flying out. The room was perfectly fine, location great, access great. No issues at all.
Could be better: We had to fill out two different online forms on the two days before arrival which included passport details etc on both forms/each day. I found this quite laborious and unnecessary and it felt like a scam of some sort, but wasn't. We were also charged €3 each per night for tourist tax (paid online also), eventhough it should be (as stated…

Great location close to both the old and new town. Everything close by including restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Lots of buses headed towards train station. Safe and convenient. Lovely little balcony for watching the world go by. Nice bathroom.

The location was exceptional, the facilities looked very nice and the check-in/out process is really straightforward. Excellent value for money
Could be better: The room was a bit tight, besides there is some moist in the air, which is very typical of old buildings in the area, and this forces you to keep the A/C on.

Location, Netflix, we were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in - you have most you need in the room.
Could be better: Mattress was not good. For us was ok but really challenging stairs to reach the second floor… some guests might have an issue …

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for just one night while traveling, and we had a wonderful experience. We were welcomed with big smiles by the host Mr. Raffaele, lovely person who were always ready to help with information, suggestions, and anything we needed during our stay and who also helped us with our suitcase. He made us feel truly at home thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, with comfy mattresses and fully equipped with all you need during your stay. WiFi high speed. Check-in/check-out very easy and fast thanks the instructions/codes we've received from the host in advance. Its position is strategic to visit the heart of Bari. Nearby is plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, supermarkets and spots to enjoy authentic local street food in true “Bari Vecchia” style. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone.
